The improvement in the combat system made it much easier to play, and I am really satisfied.
The scenario is quite interesting, but there were parts that I couldn’t fully grasp or felt unsatisfactorily resolved (like Hanawa and Won’s sudden deaths or how Ei-chan had fallen from grace without any notice).
But I think it’s a really good game overall, because there were great scenes like when Kiryu said “But I’ll apologize…” or when he got beaten up by a terrible YouTuber while still managing to deliver Ei-chan.
This is my diary.
The flower wreath was just piled up a lot later during production…
You overdo it yet kill too carelessly, you idiot!
Also, I felt there were fewer QTEs in the battle with the named characters this time… so I engaged in a test of strength with the mobs and had a blade clash with them.
I think it’s significant that Bryce is not particularly a fighter when it comes to the final battle on the Hawaii side.
But I like the scene where the first one tries to take off their clothes and punch Blythe, only to be barely stopped by countless Palekana believers clinging to them.
I really think it’s a waste…
Receiving the attack from Kiryu and Kasuga head-on felt like being a strong character, but I was immediately ousted, and my son only appeared briefly.
I thought you were the type to be grateful to Kasumi for saving your life and say you would help Kiryu with his treatment if you were reinstated, but with just one bullet…?
Won was cool for me too, but when I think about whether there’s a need for him to appear after that, it seems a bit ambiguous.
I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to make a comeback.
I just wanted a bit more exploration of the story about Won and his son.
Aay, who is holding a gun, has somehow been registered in the Muscle Monster Encyclopedia, so it seems they were cut out.
Since QTE is an old man, I think it would be okay to let him try again if he makes a mistake.
It’s frustrating to end up being defeated in such a lame way.
In the end, I really didn’t understand who that guy was at first and thought “Who is this?”
It’s a shame that the Daigo Majima Samejima party is only having one battle.
You probably can’t see all the techniques.
>>8
It’s great how Saejima joins in thinking, “If there are five people, I should be able to join too.”
I’m sorry for playing around with the three of us in a quick-draw competition or with some seductive antics, but awakening our bond and having a nostalgic fistfight is so emotional… just when I was thinking that, the truck driver who was secretly filming ruined the atmosphere with his presence.
The reminiscence diary and the ending note are really good systems.
I laughed at the ten-don when Shizuko, Koyuki, and Yuki were immediately found out at the end (well, they’re ordinary people, so it’s fine).
I got a bit emotional about the friendship with the Poké Surfer Fighter, and it felt nice for just a moment when the Survivor’s master returned to Kashiwagi-san…
The best one is unbelievably great… Is he a hero?
The story of 7 was so perfect that the scenario of 8 was, well… it felt like it did its best as a sequel! But the game system was really great.
I wanted Chii-chan to participate in the last survivor’s drinking party…
If only Ei-chan would let me have a proper one-on-one like Young does.
“I like that Ammon says it’s not the disease that will kill you, but me…”
I thought Yamai brought too many good things to Won, and it would have been fine to give him about half of this guy’s role in the second half.
Yamai himself is a good character, but…
It seems like there was a scenario developed for 7: External Story in order of release, and during the development of 8, when the scenario was mostly complete, the developers thought that there needed to be more depictions of Kiryu-chan from 6 to 8. There’s an interview with the developers stating that they released the 7: External Story before 8 for this reason. So, Hanawa-kun is treated like a prominent mob character who ends up dying easily, but was later fleshed out a lot.
Suji Monster Snuff is fun, right?
>>19
Killing is bad…!
I think it’s really questionable for the Daidoji faction to casually let in a person whose background can easily be found through a quick search, even if we set aside Hanawa-kun dying so easily.
>>20
Honestly, in that area, I personally think that Ooji’s clumsiness is way worse than Chi-chan’s.
Did you enjoy Dondoko Island?
I had so much fun that I paused the story there and wandered around for 50 hours.
>>21
It’s so much fun! It took about three days after being freed to get the laser done, just like that!
I feel like making it a dense area of dirty buildings is quite an optimal solution, even though it’s unfair to Gachapin and Mukku.
The notification timing that “〇〇 has become a guest!” always made me laugh.
If Kiryu-chan isn’t coming out anymore, then Hanawa won’t have a chance to appear either…
Wanto survived at the point where it seemed he would exit here.
Although I don’t think you should just die there because I surprisingly like that you’re so faithful to your obligations…
Asakura may set aside acting, but I think they have quite a good character with around four sub-stories, plus they give you a pound.
The initial bad feeling was quite surprising.
At first, I was hanging out with Manriki Journal, but even Kiryu-chan is beating me up, and then at the ending, he came to beat me up the most, and I was like, seriously…?
Given that people like Kawaguchi-san, who was riddled with bullets by the helicopter’s machine gun, and Richardson, who was shot multiple times and fell from the roof, were somehow still alive, I believe that Hana-wa-kun, who was shot in the stomach, is also alive.
Yamai was too good.
It was too good and overshadowed the other characters, which isn’t good.
>>26
Overall, that character doesn’t really have much to do with the main incident…
At the point where we started talking in the forest, if it had been like before, I would have been shot and killed, but since I’m still alive after talking this much, I thought I might have more lines, only to die without any dialogue…
The start of Dondonko Island really makes me feel bad for Chii-chan who has been editing the whole time… but it tends to become more of a later-stage task, or rather the overall atmosphere of the island tends to become one-dimensional.
Regarding Ei-chan, the atmosphere around them is actually quite nice in the end.
It’s nice, isn’t it…? But then I can’t help but feel like the conversation is jumping around, right?!
The gameplay has really improved, so I feel a sense of regret.
The story isn’t something to curse at, but more of a feeling that leaves everyone around feeling a bit unsettled.
I like Yamai so much that I wish he would do a PC spin-off.
It feels like the density of the conversation is too focused on Kiryu-chan, for better or for worse.
When I think that this time I can’t fail the final chapter of Kiryu-chan, it can’t be helped…
Tommy’s combat voice feels a bit unrefined, but I was impressed by his emotional acting in the scene where he corners Dwight…
Also, the fact that I can independently learn electric magic and my strongest equipment is also electric attribute is impressive.
It’s a good match with violence wash and easy to use.
Yamai: “No… it’s not cold anymore.”
Toyoshi Yamai has been added to the guest list of Dondoko Island!
Tommy can sing at karaoke too.
Tommy’s dubbing is so good that it almost feels like he recorded the battle scenes first, with such passionate acting.
I wonder if Won was planning to take a position in Hawaii.
If that were the case, my face might have changed a little more.
I think the fun of the game is the best in the series.
It’s so emotional…
I cried because I wanted to show snow in Hawaii.
>>43
If my wife weren’t dead, it would be funny, but since she dies in an emotional way, my feelings get all mixed up…!
I really like the part where they catch the Sujimons.
New Year’s gifts thrown away carelessly.
>>45
🎁💥🦵😡
I think it would have been better for the ending note to be set aside as a side story and focus the narrative on Hawaii and Palekana.
Good friends!
Let’s buy the 8 side story because it’s fun!
>>51
“Blowing at the upgraded Spike Out.”
>>51
I’m going to buy it… My brother, who’s been fishing and really seems to have aged, looks genuinely happy, so I’m excited.
Combat is really fun.
I can fight while thinking about flying this guy in this direction…
Isn’t the condition to activate heat actions in Yakuza style difficult?
It seems that the ultimate peak is supposed to exist, but it doesn’t come out…
The subquests start to get interesting around level 6…
It’s not just a delusion, absolutely number one.
What is that palm tree guy?
Hawaii was a city where wanted criminals and pirates were prevalent, even without the most delusional fantasies.
>>57
Giant squids really do exist.
What the heck is Hawaii…
While reminiscing about the places I’ve been, I sometimes feel that Kamurocho is the best, and Kiryu-chan can be a bit annoying…
The City Hall of Kamurocho, huh…
I’ve never been in there before.
It’s so emotional…
>>61
In a way, it’s emotional… I wonder if I’ve ever been inside that building in the series.
I’m worried about something else when Kiryu-chan, who has terminal cancer, starts to see the best RPG vision.
Episode 8 is a work without any RPG vision at all!
>>63
There are too many madmen in the wild.
>>64
It’s not something that should be said at this late hour.
The eighth side story is enjoyable as it features the cooperation between Michio Ono and Kiryu-chan.
In the final scene, Kiryu-chan looking super cool in her usual hairstyle and suit… and “recive you” is playing too.
I really love that Daigo and the others come to help at the Millennium Tower… The part where they shout “Open your eyes, Kiryu!” and “Don’t die, Kiryu!” right at the end is just so great…
I can’t help but chuckle a little at the state of disrepair of Sawashiro’s head left unattended.
It seems like Wanto’s son might appear as a avenger in a later series…
Well, if that much time has passed, it would probably be about time for a change in the main character too.
I really like that status ailments can affect bosses too.
I wonder if the difficulty level affects resistance.
The system where you can go wild with actions when the gauge fills up is so fun!
Our Kiryu-chan was first doing a war cry.
That stupid shout is somewhat addictive.
It’s the mecca of Hawaii’s local food.
I want to hear Tommy’s amazing falsetto.
The fusion technique has become easier to use with a separate gauge from MP, hasn’t it?
Wow… so strong…
I turned Dondoko Island into a red-light district…
This is Kamurocho 2!
It’s a bit disappointing that the high-priced delivery health service didn’t have much individuality.
Was it difficult to make Yuki-chan and Sayama a bit more age-appropriate?
>>78
Fighters are normally aging into old men through the series.
It feels like it’s just a sad reason to make a woman age.
In that situation, in that atmosphere, instead of explaining with words, using a Vtuber’s voice made me think, “Are you crazy?!”
The way Sawashiro’s character changes weapons and attributes like Kiryu-chan is so cool that I hope they join in the next installment.
That aside, I wished Kiryu-chan’s Dojima job skill was more like the one used with weapons, instead of the one from when facing the 7 bosses.
The hostesses don’t look old… they should be around 60, right?
Honestly, I wanted them to focus solely on Kiryu-chan’s story from the beginning to the end without introducing anything else.
I haven’t used any dark themes from Hawaii or the best mother or delicious-looking ingredients at all.
Yuki-chan is one year younger than Majima’s brother, so she is either 58 or 59.
As long as you don’t get sick, it’s a world where you can live healthily into your 100s or so…
I don’t know how old that old man in Komaki is, but he’s probably been alive for a long time.
It was a good game for Kiryu-chan’s end-of-life activities, but it feels like the main story got shortchanged.
Bond dramas are nice too… It’s not just about losing my job that makes me feel this way, but I really like characters like Nanba, who brings me a lot of comfort, and Han Jun-ki, who is finally called by his name without honorifics at the end.
The downside is that the Hawaii group and the Yokohama group are completely separated… I wanted to hear various combinations of conversations at the party.
But that level of demand might be slightly supplemented in the final Hawaii dungeon where everyone gathers?
I really wonder how they’re going to handle the story in 9… It can’t be dug any deeper than this… I was saying the same thing before 8 came out too.
The number one was so saintly that it was a little unsettling.
But the final bon voyage was nice.
It’s fine to be the main character in a restoration or something like that.
Well, obviously when they announced the final chapter and released the sixth one, they were heavily criticized.
She wanted to gradually observe the situation and bring out Kiryu-chan to try retiring again.
It probably won’t come out after 9…
While Kiryu-chan stands out with a noticeable impact in action, Dojima’s dragon is too strong even in command battles.
I think the first thing is that I became a little strange after witnessing the young one being killed right in front of me.
That’s trauma, you know?
It is Ei-chan’s strategy to overlap with the young man in a wheelchair.
Before I knew it, I had really injured my leg…
I want them to continue the banquet talk and party chat that started from 7 because it’s a good system.
Having that changes my feelings towards my friends quite a bit.
>>96
I wanted them to do a side story of the banquet talk 8 as well.
>>102
I wish I could have eaten and joked around with Noah and the other members.
Make Sonhi an idol.
Even though there are preferences for the scenarios, I really wish they could have handled the timing of Han Joong-ki’s joining better.
>>98
Han Jung-gi arrives in Hawaii → returns to home country → goes back to Hawaii again…
Aunt Sonhi was cuter than I expected, and my impression of her has improved.
Don’t just push me away! It’s terrible that after Akiyama-san got angry, they faded out again.
>>100
Please forgive me for summoning a delivery health service.
It’s nice how the left ring finger is emphasized when you come out of Sayama…
The 8th side story can now be done while riding the Okasurfer, so I guess I received a lot of feedback after all.
But to be honest, I wanted to see more of the combination between Ichiban and Kiryu-chan.
It ended up being a situation like a double protagonist, and we went our separate ways to act.
It was fun in the beginning with the brother Kiryu being the “boke” and the younger brother being the “tsukkomi.”
The combination of Kiryu-chan and Ichi was better than I expected, so I wanted to see them in the same party more.
Akiyama found out, so it’s fine to let Haruka meet them now, right…?
It’s amazing that even after turning sixty, Majima can still do backflips!
Aren’t you just running away from treatment?!!!! When the number one got angry, it was exactly right… that’s how I felt.
I was surprised that Han Joongi likes the number one thing more than I expected.
I’m going to Hawaii without Sonhi’s permission.
I understand that Ichis’s proposal wasn’t good, but the period of ignoring him is too long.
I wonder if it’s fair to say that Sacchan looks like an unpleasant woman.
>>111
Proposing without having confessed yet is a bit…
Rather, it felt like they were really in love if they would forgive me just for saying that I truly liked them…
>>118
Well, it does sound like Ichii, but wearing matching couple T-shirts after confessing at the end is something that definitely deserves to be scolded.
Isn’t this a Pepsi Man game stunt?!
Sorry, Kiryu…
The first one is no longer just one person, but three.
If even one person is missing, it seems like there will be a lot of complaints.
I really love the scene of Kiryu-chan’s revival in the final act.
I caught a fried shrimp.
>>119
I wonder if I couldn’t catch any tuna sashimi either.
Kiryu-chan has always been good at taking care of her younger brother.
Ichii must have been craving a reliable big brother figure…
I love the number’s bond story.
It might be that I resent the most, but if proven innocent, I would be happy about it.
“All resellers, I’ll turn you into fried chicken! It’s impressive how suddenly amusing words come up in Kizuna’s stroll.”
>>123
Shall I flow you down the river too?
>>123
It’s great when Sonhi starts talking about shark movies.
Aloha~
>>128
At first, I thought it was a hassle to greet everyone, but it’s strange how I end up doing it anyway.
I felt that the sub-event was overall mediocre, but the diaper snow scene was quite good.
I understand that if I hesitate to reply, it can become awkward, so I can’t blame Sacchan.
The pinnacle of fast-draw competition is that each reaction is unique, making it really enjoyable to play.
When I shoot at Chau, they react as if they know where I got it from!
It’s funny how you can shoot sharks and it immediately counts as a shot without any delay.
Japanese Sonhi: “Han Jungki left the rented DVD lying around, but is the late fee okay?”
Junki from Hawaii said, “I haven’t returned the rented DVD…”
>>135
Compared to the side story, you really look worn out, brother!
>>135
Probably
(These guys aren’t getting old at all… are they monsters or something?)
That expression.
>>143
Don’t say that.
>>143
You’re the same, right…?
I thought the opening was scary, like an overseas mafia, but it’s a bit disappointing that it quickly quieted down.
The Sujimon battle could be improved a bit more…
The visuals are enjoyable, but I’m getting tired of the battles; maybe next time it would be better to make it more like the main Pokémon games.
I love the part at the end of Han-kun’s bond where he says, “Isn’t it bad?” and the response, “It’s not bad at all!!!!”
I really love how it connects from the best love advice to Kiryu-chan’s confession…
8 has a lot of party chats and food conversations, so it’s fun.
It’s a pity that the side story was too short.
Why do I have to stare at my brother’s close-up while he eats?
>>141
I wanted to eat with the Ritch family, Akiyama, Majima Construction, and Saejima…
I mean, I thought I could do it in the beginning…
>>141
Noah’s bond walk is incredibly abundant in areas where it doesn’t exist.
I thought Hanawa and Dwight would unexpectedly appear in the side story, but that wasn’t the case.
The internet is broken.
>>144
Is it the end of the world?
>>144
Is it the end of the world?
>>144
Is this the end of the world?
I was thinking that I didn’t get called “Joryu” since I was doing the 7 side story first…
It’s really unfortunate for the person from Daidoji who is going to beat up Date-san, assuming that Kiryu-chan will completely crush them afterwards… it’s a thankless role, seriously.
There are differing opinions about story 8, but Kiryu’s strong character is generally accepted.
>>148
Kiryu-chan is only doing reckless things…
>>148
With this, Kazuma Kiryu is done because of the gun, so he is retiring! If it had just ended like that, I wouldn’t have been satisfied, though.
To atone for living, he also fights against cancer, and by the end, it felt like if it’s Kazuma Kiryu, he could win against cancer too.
I can understand why they wouldn’t be able to appear for a while due to their battle with illness, and I think it was a good ending.
I am not engaging in my current activities to make a profit… My atonement is never-ending, and I will continue to make amends…
I still can’t accept that after the event, Munchon Suzuki, who comes to Dondoko Island with A rank customers.
>>151
I came to say I’m here for a visit, right?
Seeing Shinji’s name on the ramen shop’s bowl made me feel a little sentimental.
Come to think of it, there was a sub-quest about seriously getting involved with Nakai in the side story…
The part recalling Mr. Date from the helicopter is so forced that it makes me laugh.
>>159
I like looking at the sea and remembering Saezima.
Kiryuu-chan seems to be having fun doing various things with her friends.
On the PS5, screenshots taken from the home screen are displayed randomly, so I look at them from time to time.
In the screenshots of Dragon 8, aside from those taken for sub-quests or challenges, it was remarkably just the women in their swimsuits that showed up.
The order in which I made them is 7 → 8 → 7 Side Story.
Mr. Hanawa is being served.
I wonder at what point Kiryu-chan was exposed to radiation.
Isn’t the progression from 7 to 7.8 a bit off?
I like how Ichiban refers to Gachapin and Mukku with honorifics.
When I saw the bridge, all I could think of were the memories of being pushed off… It made me feel so emotional!
“Namba Kizuna’s last line, ‘Should I throw you into the river too?’ didn’t go well.”
I think the first half was a bit weak towards the end, but personally, I have no complaints about Kiryu-chan’s story.
I’m still extremely dissatisfied that the flower shop has hardly been mentioned regarding the lies and memories.
The reason Gachapin and Mukku are not coming out with the Dondokorazer is
I wonder if it’s for legal reasons…
>>170
I wondered if using it in violent scenes is a no-go.
>>170
Mr. Gachapin does it, but Mr. Mukku doesn’t kill…
Satchan is protected as a female character, but Sonhi is fighting fiercely even in the movies, which is impressive.
I’m surprised by Kiryu-chan’s astonishment upon meeting the Poke Surfer Fighter.
Aren’t you the most surprised in the entire series, not just in the story?
I’m troubled because I can’t avoid Mr. Adachi’s incredibly trivial stories.
>>174
I love talking about flower divination.
>>174
Until recently, I was calling avocados “abogado”…
Kasuga… I’m done for…
The copycat pretty and dazzling berserker types were intense.
I was like, “This is the one I saw at the school festival!”
>>176
The flavor text of Sujimon is subtly detailed and interesting, isn’t it?
>>176
I love being able to pet this guy on Dondoko Island.
I can definitely hear an old man’s voice…
I really loved how Michio-kun’s story was really integrated into the main scenario.
The flower shop is, well… yeah…
The main storyline isn’t much, but the subplots were really good.
Substory List 021 Bad Boys 022 023 024 025 028 Stray Sumo Wrestler Shining Berserker Race: Shining Berserker Attribute: Positive Special Move: Shooting Star The strongest otaku fighter who has started sending fight money back home. When their favorite character is ridiculed, their attacks become fierce. B Close
Here is Nanagumo.
If Miyazaki hadn’t messed up, would Nagumo have come out too?
I am known as Kazuma in the PokéStar community.
The substory of the 8 spin-off was interesting.
It’s unfair that Majima’s brother is just calmly making jabs in his mind and it’s so funny.
>>185
(Doesn’t it have a human heart or something?)
>>189
I really like the guy from the bus tour.
Starting today, I’m playing the Yakuza DLC in Dave the Diver!
The main is Kasuga.
It’s nice that the story of the girl who was afraid of treatment comes back to Kiryu-chan just like that.
When Kiryu got kidnapped… I was at a loss about what to do, and then I heard the cheerful voices of Adachi and the others on the phone; that scene really makes me want to cry.
It’s just two middle-aged unemployed men coming.
I love the stylish action of Kashira and Kiryu-chan.
In the Hawaii chapter, even though all the enemies are weak to water, Chi-chan moves at high speed and unleashes ranged water attacks, which is quite concerning.
Considering how the side story ends, I’m worried that Kiryu-chan might still be slightly dragged out.
It’s true that they probably won’t be in the main role anymore.
I feel like the best mother joke could have been made a bit better.
I laughed so hard at the thought of having no good memories when looking at the bridge…
