We are Ghost in the Shell! (A one-time title callback)
I like the episodes where Saito talks about the past.
The first season can really be called a divine work.
The second season is beyond my comprehension…
Season one has a lot of everyday episodes, which is nice, isn’t it?
First of all, the OP is great, right? Inner Universe.
I want Origa to make a comeback and sing again.
>>8Please don’t say that even as a joke.
I like both Season 1 and Season 2.
The taxi driver is too blatant and the story isn’t very interesting either!
It’s an episode that feels like an explanation of individualism… It’s impressive to make a whole episode about an old man’s personal story without it being the main focus.
Season 2 has a lot of good points, but the scene with Batou searching for the Major and Kuze in the cross-shaped steel frame feels a bit too overt with its religious elements! I don’t really like it.
It is originally a work that has elements of religion or the occult, after all.
The homage itself isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s too overt and not beautiful in 2nd GIG…
I have a lot of favorite episodes like Butchigiretogusa-kun and the Grass Labyrinth.
>>13It feels like the central story wasn’t created for anime.
The story that is not directly related is interesting.
Season 2 is frustrating and has many scenes where Section 9 is cornered, so it doesn’t feel refreshing, but I still think it’s quite interesting in its own way.
I don’t dislike 2045, but it doesn’t have a sense of continuity with seasons 1 and 2!
>>142045 has changed the tone of the story a bit too much.
>>14The car’s wheels shining just feels somehow off to me…!
SAC is so interesting that the subsequent Ghost in the Shell series is overly influenced.
I wonder if the new one will be done precisely in the original style.
The only game that had the original flavor was for the PS, so I’m quite looking forward to it.
I like both 2ND GIG and SSS.
2 has romance elements and emotional elements that are like noise.
It can exist, but its weight is too heavy.
2nd GIG has quite a few episodes with themes like potential lolicon situations and a Cat’s Eye episode, leaning a bit towards suggestive content.
A strong-willed woman is weak in the rear.
I also like Innocence.
Water flows to lower places… the human heart is the same…
I’m sad that Serano-san also got assassinated in SAC.
I’m so annoyed by the whiteness of that shirt!!!
>>25When I first saw it, I thought it was way too intense.
I understood how it feels after entering society.
I like Batou, but there’s something about the relationship between the major and the section chief that I really like.
>>26I think of you like my daughter!
>>28Isn’t the major older?
One quite nice aspect of SAC is that it meticulously depicts the competence of the section chief.
>>27On the other hand, it’s nice to have episodes about the missing brother…
As expected.
The conversation part presents relatively difficult explanations all at once, but it’s impressive that it doesn’t get monotonous.
You could say the cut is intricate.
Den-de-ke-de-ke-de-ke-de-ke-de (Huge intro)
I like Innocence and all.
It’s good for work background music too.
I’m feeling frustrated because my favorite song isn’t in the soundtrack.
Isn’t this something that shouldn’t be covered in the second episode, the story of a taxi driver…?
I find it scary and fascinating that the assassin looks like an ordinary middle-aged man.
Moreover, it cannot be sensed until the very end.
I’m feeling completely overwhelmed by the story of the imitator without an original.
Even the impressions of popular anime are getting hyped up with memes that are just imitations of someone else’s work.
I want to believe that my curiosity will break the standalone complex.
I like stories that are complete in one episode.
Stories about young girls are nice, aren’t they?
What do you mean when you say that the proletariat who had a small penis in episode 2 is no good?
Aren’t you carrying that gun just for your own hobby?
2045 was a masterpiece, but it was only my first bank robbery.
I only like the parts of the main story that have no involvement from post-humans.
2ndGIG is the 2nd episode Proletariat’s 3rd episode Cat’s Eye, after all…
The 2nd GIG has an excellent opening theme, which might make the ratings overly generous.
“2045 was fitting as the end of the SAC series, which is the ultimate ‘what if’ that did not encounter the puppeteer.”
The twist where Motoko Kusanagi, who couldn’t surpass the singularity by merging with the puppet master, is left behind while all of humanity reaches the singularity N is excellent.
>>47What about SSS?
The first season blended really well with its source material, but the second season felt like the refugee theme was a bit too heavy and couldn’t be fully addressed within the work.
What kind of service do you like? I really love it.
The reality is that the treatment of refugees in Japan is a total hassle… At this point, it doesn’t even feel like the near future!
