Gore-chan of ××× SHOSATOON COMICS NO.279 G=Hikokorou
There are many anonymous users here who have the same experience as you, so don’t worry.
I like secondary creations because they are quite easy to read.
>>2
Is there really a Hikoro Emyu doujinshi in the Reiwa era? That’s cool.
I was surprised to find it was actually him.
I often saw it in anthology comics during the fighting game boom around ’95, but if you’ve been able to make a living off your art for 30 years, maybe there’s no need for someone without a name to worry so much.
I borrowed the immortal detective from a friend in high school, but
I can’t remember if they lent it to me from over there or if I begged for it from here.
Boko Kama
Tall female characters and non-human characters have a high level, don’t they?
I love that they still draw my favorite character.
Shut up about Gundam already!
It’s not posted as much as I thought.
A comical and preferred style of illustration alongside a bow.
I wonder if having a strong way of speaking is somehow related.
Are you making a living…?

Bread and such
I guess I’ve been dropping the monthly manga for about half a year…
When I’m asked, “Is this interesting?” it really hurts.
By the time I realized it, it seems like Domon is working really hard and can eat normally…
I can say that paintings resonate with some people, but I’m really at a loss for how to recommend manga.
Both of them might have incorporated a cartoon style at the same time.
I think Douman is somewhat influenced by Hikoro’s paintings.
I was drawing a sulking expression.
I can’t believe that someone can live on just paintings for 30 years.
Not in terms of talent or popularity, but in terms of workload.
That might be the appeal, but when it comes to Jeet Kune Do, the random guy really doesn’t get any better… that’s what I think after reading the contributions in the game lab.
>>18
I don’t think I’m bad at it.
It’s just super trendy.
If you include grandchildren and great-grandchildren followers.
In terms of style, it has produced followers comparable to Takahiko Ito, Kunihiko Tanaka, and Kazuya Minekura.
I wonder how RAY’S is doing.
>>20
Didn’t you give up on being a manga artist and become a company employee early on?
I might be semi-retired from being a manga artist, but at this age, having no plan is too risky for my old age, so I guess I’m doing something about asset building…
>>21
I mean, you probably have a regular job, right?
No one understands the current job, so maybe that’s why they’re doing assistant work… that kind of vague expression is something that often comes up in the Hikoro thread.
I wish I could just do character design work instead of having to create a whole manga.
It’s definitely impossible for a major company, so maybe something like an indie game.
>>25
Can you meet the deadline?
It’s sad for indie game developers that they don’t adhere to deadlines.
If it were Dorman’s brother, they’d be saying he’s bored with nothing to do…
I’m not saying I’m giving up on drawing; I uploaded a picture of a Zieg Axis yesterday too.
You probably like drawing, don’t you?
A troublesome person whose motivation disappears as soon as it becomes work.
>>31
There are quite a few people like that.
>>31
It’s fine to play, but when a sense of obligation kicks in, I really understand how that weird switch turns on and motivation disappears.
If I had worked diligently, I could have become a big name by now…
The reason I became fond of Ahegao from liking eyes with three whites is definitely because of this person.
I wonder what Masafumi Ogawa is doing now.
>>35
I remember that after Kinnikuman Lady, I was drawing a manga about dwarves…
I wonder if someone will quickly go crazy and make an anime about the student council.
Well, there are some voice actors who have passed away, but…
Regarding Hikoru’s life, Ojiki…
I’ve never heard that my family home is wealthy.
Since they said that poop is made of gold, the theory that you can live off of poop made of gold is gaining traction.
I heard that you dropped a half-page job for Kantai Collection, so I guess you’re the type of person whose writing slows down when it comes to work.
Even though I’m not working, I’m getting caught up in games and going on trips, living freely.
Where did you get that money from…?
If I had been drawing more vigorously, I would have achieved a considerable position as an illustrator.
>>39
I still occasionally draw cool characters that look like a mix of cartoon and graffiti in a single image.
Even though I haven’t been working that much, my lines are getting more refined, so I can tell that I’ve been drawing a lot outside of work…
It’s not limited to celebrities, but it’s just that not everyone is sharing their entire life on the internet, so that’s how it is…
>>42
It’s not necessary to share your entire life, but if you’re an artist, shouldn’t you share your art?
Your family is really wealthy, aren’t they? They probably own real estate in the city.
I feel like my family’s home was a barber shop.
I like the rhythm of the dialogue.
I frequently share only the art, but…
A few days ago, it went viral.
There are probably a ton of people I see online, but I wonder how they live their everyday lives?
Sometimes I really feel like I’m dying…
A writer I remembered when I saw Hazbin Hotel.
When I didn’t know anything at all, I mistakenly thought the new edition of Orulock (the purple one) had a decent story and bought it just for the cover, and regretted it. But after I understood its style, I don’t dislike it.
The creator of Helltaker said they were influenced by Douman’s art style, but it was funny that people pointed out it was more like Hikoro instead.
It’s obvious, but Douman had quite an influence on the illustration style too.
How is the lord doing?
I used to see Hikoro-sensei several times at Yodobashi in Machida.
I guess you knew about the Atsugi Ayu Festival since you lived over there.
I don’t know now, but I’m from Atsugi City.
I’m jealous that you knew their face so well.
When watching “Zettai Korosu Dungeon,” there are times when a design that feels very much like Hikoro’s gets mixed in, but is he still working as an assistant?
Even though Doman’s brother is in a shining place… why is Hikoro…
I like stories or topics too.
“If it bleeds, it can be killed. That’s a quote from John Lennon.”
and so on
Isn’t it already about 10 years since Ojiki was in the spotlight?
>>58
It feels like I am confessing that I am an ignorant nobody…
I think Douman has solidified his position as a craftsman who creates reliable small works.
At one point, Arigahito’s style was quite similar to Hikolo’s.
Even though okama was so popular for a while, now there’s hardly a trace of it…
So you’re drawing shogi manga now?
>>65
When I was drawing Meena for Train Man, I thought that okama would go mainstream after Yoshizaki Kannon…
Hungry Mami-san
I’ve been participating in Comitia for a long time, so it seems like I’m alive.
I thought you were just living off Yocchi’s string.
It seems you’re having fun and enjoying your days, and that’s the most important thing.
Although the source of funding is unclear,
I quite like drawing one-panel comics on Twitter, but it still tends to appeal to a specific audience.
Hikoro is definitely working on the original concept for a Bonga manga.
Let’s watch Game Start!
Well, being active is much better than having no news at all.
“Uncle Doman must be busy with the iron plate!”
It has been serialized for a long time, and in the SF community, manga that resembles an homage to 21 Emon has been quite popular.
If Dorman were to adapt Paradise into an anime, it would likely become popular again…
I think Domann’s absolutely deadly dungeon deserves more popularity, but it’s a shame they won’t be satisfied unless they include gruesome themes.
Doman is doing Skeb, so Hikoro, why don’t you try Skeb as well?
>>79
The deadline…
I think it definitely comes from the influence of recent non-human characters with jagged teeth and cartoonish punk-like character designs.
×Choosing people
It’s not that interesting.
I wonder if they can eat things other than bread.
If I had worked hard in the 2000s, I might have been among the big names by now.
They might not have been there.
>>83
The only one who reached that position in the Game Store group is Kanon Yoshizaki.
>>84
Hiro Arakawa is there first.
>>110
You were just posting in the reader participation section!
Masafumi Ogawa… Hikorou… Toshihiro Ono… If everyone worked properly, they all had the talent to become remarkable individuals…
Well, Toshihiro Ono is a different issue altogether.
I definitely like characters in gag manga who show up in strange poses while singing nonsensical songs, influenced by this person.
I really loved Masashi Ogawa’s “Fuurin Kazan,” but I was so pissed off when it ended abruptly in a crappy way.
I saw that the author lost their job in commercial work, so they’re making a living through doujin and raising funds through crowdfunding to release the continuation of their previously canceled manga.
I wonder if they can make a living off things like Fanbox now.
I suddenly changed my name two years ago.
>>90
It’s become an era where the original sources are hard to understand… It’s difficult to read for those who don’t know it in the first place!
I feel that Hikoro’s loss of the Kantai Collection job was the turning point.
I think there was definitely an offer for FGO from Type-Moon as well.
It seems like it might turn out that I didn’t drop it.
>>92
Since I’ve been dropping it for a long time now, there’s no point of divergence or anything like that.
I’m glad that Giekax seems to have been stuck on something and wrote various things.
>>93
That’s poison for otaku in their 50s…
Before I knew it, Domon went far away.
If I hadn’t gotten hooked on FF11…
>>97
It’s not relevant because they originally lose jobs anyway.
While I was watching a movie, I thought Machu’s deadpan expression looked like Hikoro’s, and that he would probably like it.
Thank you for drawing it.
Even Hikoro wouldn’t have messed up the illustration work they were doing in Arcadia…
It’s nice that you still occasionally draw fighting game jokes.
I love the Leona drawn by Hikoro.
Didn’t you have a serialization in some erotic manga magazine?
Do you like browser game tower defense?
I’m glad you draw for me sometimes.
I’m still drawing pictures of Ziekax, so it’s really a hobby that I’m into.
If I’ve been able to eat bread for 30 years, I’m probably doing something right.
Work Other Than Painting
I was amazed by the size of the defensive range, as I even drew pictures for Black Channel (Korokoro Manga).
I wonder if the series of the thread image is still ongoing.
Since it’s just based on basic humor and enthusiasm, I feel like if someone tells me it’s funny and I brace myself to read it, I won’t find it amusing at all.
Ding dong! I’m going with my butt!!!
But I was bursting with laughter at Sato-kun running up the super tall high tower toilet.
To go major, okama’s personal preferences…
>>114
Is this an erotic manga? I’ll fold it up.
I remember the scene.
The sense of naming a high school girl character “Wakigami Buta” is something I can’t imitate…
How are people in their 50s without any proper work experience going to live from now on?!
I wonder if Hikurou was getting requests for drawings of Chinese sisters wetting themselves or for illustrations of Rika Kanie getting a paella stuffed in her rear end on Skeb…
Hikoro has had his style since the beginning.
From there, a style that mixes cartoon elements and connects almost directly to the present is completed.
It is evident that Dobun was heavily influenced by that, as seen in the changes in illustration style during the Hit Publishing era.
It seems like there’s a tendency to think that the emergence of innovative and unique creators one after another is a bad thing.
Hey!
Hey, rapist!
>>121
The weakness was the body and it was outrageous back then… Personally, it was the peak period.
I thought that the hotel and space ones would please long-time fans, but what about the dungeon?
Short but interesting.
I want to read it all together.
The dungeon often has a detached feeling of gruesomeness mixed in, and on top of that, things progress smoothly, making one go, “Hmm, hmm.”
>>126
Yes, it’s the usual Douman Seimei.
The shitty doujin of the vampire drawn by Okama might be appreciated now.
Please sell me a compilation of illustrations of my friend.
I can’t really understand the original source, but parodies that have a lot of energy still make me laugh.
I love the organization jokes that Hikoro draws for Granblue.
It seems like I’m being fed by Doman’s uncle.
Kokkuri-san, Kokkuri-san
You have a lot of hair.
>>132
Maybe.
I feel like there are quite a few characters in Blue Archive that seem to be influenced by others, even if it’s not direct, maybe like followers of followers.
I bought the picture because I really liked the illustration, but reading it was quite painful.
Dum-Dum Zongelge
If you look, you’ll die.
Touching it will kill you.
Anyway, I will die.
The beautiful girl with jagged teeth and three white eyes has a fierce smile, and I generally think she resembles a descendant of Hikolo.
I bought one new book and five existing books unrelated to KanColle at a doujin event for KanColle.
I have a memory of being perplexed, wondering if the salesperson was a good person…
I wonder if they will do something like the original design for V.
