I’m not doing rerolls and I’m saving until the desired works come, so I only have three characters.

I think it’s quite important to understand that the limitation of support is not related to a debuff amount of 40% weapon.
If the debuff amount is capped at 35% for both limited and permanent types, it seems unnecessary to aim for the limited support UR unless it has a significant advantage or is a beloved MS.
