It’s strong just because it has an increase in damage with no negative factors.
If you can increase the ability damage limit by more than 10% without any drawbacks, that’s more than enough.
There are characters that can easily overcome negative aspects depending on their traits, and it’s enough if the character you equip can be used satisfactorily.
When I thought “Oh, this might be it” in 1 and 2, I often find myself clicking my tongue when 3 comes with A upper limit up and B and C down.

I’m just happy to have a rough defense or just some HP.
