[Animal Crossing] Happy 5th Anniversary!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

1: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

That’s wonderful!

2: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

Bravo!

3: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx6

Next, please make it so that we can play with it for a long time.

5: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx12

>>3

I’m still playing now…

4: Japan Otaku Reviews

Surprisingly, it’s still short.

6: Japan Otaku Reviews

I will probably continue to spend time on the island.

7: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

It has only been 5 years.

8: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

In Animal Crossing, the villagers have increased their proportions and become even cuter.

I just want the sheep to be returned to the scarf.

9: Japan Otaku Reviews

The turnip is…

11: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

>>9

I died on the beach.

10: Japan Otaku Reviews

Next, please add bikinis and briefs.

12: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>10

CERO A is going to come off…

13: Japan Otaku Reviews

Compared to Mario Kart 8, I’m still a newcomer…

14: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx7

It’s understandable given the times, but the residents have stopped venting their frustration… However, that has led to everyone becoming overly well-behaved.

I think it’s okay to be a little more twisted.

Since the Switch has features and settings that allow for separate user profiles, I wanted to create multiple islands.

18: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

>>14

I really think so.

15: Japan Otaku Reviews

Was today the release date…?

16: Japan Otaku Reviews

Our island’s Lily-chan and Doremi-chan have their birthdays coming up.

He’s coming, so don’t get busy…

SAGA SŌ SAGA SŌ

17: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want to summon monsters at night and fight with an axe.

19: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

I hope you can be somewhat reasonable and not take non-saleable one-of-a-kind items without consent like in the past.

20: Japan Otaku Reviews

Starting from Animal Crossing, I felt sad watching the residents talk to each other and get into fights on their own.

21: Japan Otaku Reviews

During the Animal Crossing: New Leaf era, everyone outside seemed to be angry, right?

What happened… Seriously…

22: Japan Otaku Reviews

The good thing is that in a world where animals have gained citizenship, the question of what they eat has been clarified.

A wide variety of seafood menu items.

23: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

Personality-wise, I’ve become more like the older version of myself, so I want a younger version of me.

36: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>23

Since around 64, I’ve been talking about burping from garlic and chives, so I’ve been an old man since the beginning…

37: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

>>36

I’m now becoming a grandpa, having passed my uncle!

24: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

I wanted to grow rice…

25: Japan Otaku Reviews

I wanted to make matsutake dishes.

26: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

Anyway, I have the expectation of “I wonder if something like this will come.”

It was a game that didn’t come fully.

30: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>26

I wanted you to come, if anything.

27: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

It might be nice if players could choose regulations that either improve or worsen public safety…

28: Japan Otaku Reviews

In the end, the number of conversation patterns increased quite a bit.

29: Japan Otaku Reviews

If we’re talking about what I want to do, I want to live together, get married, and have you give birth to my child…

31: Japan Otaku Reviews

I hoped that it would be a little more difficult for conversations that had already occurred to come up again after they increased.

32: Japan Otaku Reviews

5th anniversary…? Has it already been 5 years…?

33: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

More than anything, I feel stronger about it being five years since those days right in the middle of the pandemic rather than just “Animal Crossing.”

34: Japan Otaku Reviews

If marriage or same-sex relationships were to occur, just as this work effectively removes the barriers between male and female protagonists, it would no longer matter what gender they are, and people would be able to marry anyone.

It’s probably fine since there are many people who would be happier that way…

35: Japan Otaku Reviews

I can’t find the resident I’m looking for.

I guess they’re doing it that way on purpose systemically.

42: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>35

I sometimes find myself at the museum.

When I can’t find it, I’m restarting.

38: Japan Otaku Reviews

Since the last completion of DIY work is tough, I want the end content to be roses or gathering; it can be made difficult.

39: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

If they evolve the system of Animal Crossing properly, lighten the processing, and provide tools that don’t break, that’s good enough for me.

40: Japan Otaku Reviews

I thought the width settings for the room would come, but they didn’t.

Next, I would like you to improve the positioning of the doors and windows as well.

41: Japan Otaku Reviews

I don’t think it will be made in a way that allows for endless play.

43: Japan Otaku Reviews

I’ve seriously started working on my island, so I’m playing every day.

I’m thinking about doing villager hunting once this is finished.

44: Japan Otaku Reviews

I am satisfied that elephants are cute.

45: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want the field to rotate, but it might make it harder to find residents and could cause motion sickness.

46: Japan Otaku Reviews

I wish the residents’ conversations had been more enriching.

47: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

The next work will feature AI, allowing for infinite conversation patterns.

51: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>47

I want you to work hard on this kind of thing rather than just outputting erotic images.

48: Japan Otaku Reviews

The amount of conversation has increased quite a bit, but the initial part is mostly fixed with standard, safe content, which is not good.

There may be people who haven’t noticed it’s increasing.

49: Japan Otaku Reviews

Recently, after watching a stream where they weren’t skipping time, I felt like starting it up! Whoa, I’m turning my island into storage…

50: Japan Otaku Reviews

I would like some furniture that can be more nature-rich.

Uninhabited islands are gradually becoming ordinary towns…

52: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>50

Is that not the concept in the first place!?

Well, I understand the desire to develop while keeping the nature abundant.

53: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

I understand you want something like the flower clock from the previous work.

54: Japan Otaku Reviews

I went to a human island for the cabbage, and it was amazing.

My island is so deserted that it’s starting to make me sad.

Well, it’s no surprise that the rating is one star.

56: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want to build a bridge over the cliff.

57: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want to place stairs and bridges that are about 3 to 4 squares wide.

58: Japan Otaku Reviews

I used to really like the series where there was nothing to do today, but for some reason, in Animal Crossing, it feels like there are a lot of things I have to do today, which makes me feel dissatisfied.

Here’s a story about the forest and life. I often think about Animal Crossing and life. No, if I had to choose, it’s more of a daily struggle over life, but here I want to write a little about the charm of Animal Crossing compared to real life. Why do people keep moving from real life to Animal Crossing? In my opinion, the decisive difference between the forest and life is that “there are no things that you have to do.” Or rather, it’s definitely this. No doubt about it. In Animal Crossing, you can do many things, but there are no elements that say, “You have to do this now.” Even though you’re forced to take out a loan for your house, there is no obligation to repay it monthly. It’s almost like they’re saying, “Just pay it back when you feel like it.” Some players might be confused about what to do, but they soon find their own things they want to do, whether it be fishing, cutting down trees, or bothering the villagers, and become absorbed in those activities. As a result, everyone who moves to the forest ends up in a state of “only doing what they want to do.” I believe this is the essence of a fulfilling life. Meals, sleep, housework, work, socializing, life is pretty much overflowing with “things that need to be done today.” There are probably quite a few modern people who spend their days in a state of “If I’m doing what I need to do, I can’t do what I want to do!” I was one of them until recently. However, to enrich life, it’s about “what you want to do rather than what you have to do.” That’s why today, I will also turn on the game. K-O-B-O-R-E-B-A-N-A-S-H-I 4

I used to really like the series where there was nothing to do today, but for some reason, in Animal Crossing, it feels like there are a lot of things I have to do today, which makes me feel dissatisfied.

59: Japan Otaku Reviews

I think the current general-purpose conversation AI is not practical, and it would be cheaper to develop it manually with human effort rather than spending money on dedicated development.

63: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

>>59

Conversations can break down reasonably often, and there’s a risk that unexpectedly dangerous words might come up…

60: Japan Otaku Reviews

The optimal solution might be to just keep making bonfires in vacant lots if you only want to raise your island’s rating!

61: Japan Otaku Reviews

I just realized that there was a subtle rise to 270 on Wednesday.

62: Japan Otaku Reviews

I’m a beginner at deserted island living, but will I eventually be able to move things like created fields and such? Or can I only move them one space at a time?

It might be better not to create an orchard until we can really start developing it.

64: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

>>62

What can be done in island creation is making cliffs and rivers, as well as tile painting, so that part can only be done manually one square at a time…

By the way, I also do island creation work little by little, one square at a time.

65: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

>>62

Since we’re replanting one by one, it’s better to decide on the planned area in advance.

66: Japan Otaku Reviews

Thank you.

Is it one square at a time?

I have my pockets full of randomly pulled-out apple tree branches, so I think I’ll quickly decide on the planned location.

67: Japan Otaku Reviews

The tree can be the worst, but it’s okay in the end.

68: Japan Otaku Reviews

It doesn’t take an incredibly long time to grow.

Once everything is cut down, it’s also an option to keep it in a fruit state until you can create an orchard.

Securing it with wood somehow ends up being a strain on the land.

69: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want to plant on the soil tiles that can be used for island creation.

70: Japan Otaku Reviews

I wonder why they aren’t making any more even though the movie was successful.

71: Japan Otaku Reviews

The demand for staying at home during COVID-19 and the game mechanics were just too good.

72: Japan Otaku Reviews

The only thing that takes the form of movement is the building, and it’s not just shifting one space at a time; it’s the same way as securing the location in the first place.

73: Japan Otaku Reviews

I wonder if there’s any object I can place behind the cliff.
