RE:VERSE BIOHAZARD™ Biohazard RE:Verse
It was still in operation…
Is Bio 9 out yet?
I see.
We didn’t interact much, but thank you for your hard work!
Yes…
Maybe it’s better to give up on the PVP route.
Umbrella Corps and Resistance are still alive, so this became the worst game ever.
In PVP, there was enough potential for resistance that some people could get really into it.
Over here, the atmosphere was already like a wake in beta…
It was a game that made no sense from the concept itself.
It was fun for just a moment.
Capcom’s sense for creating PvP games other than fighting games has dried up too much.
What’s going on with both this and Exoprimal being fundamentally flawed in terms of game design?
Well, it’s not in-house manufacturing, but…
Is Umbrella Corps still alive!?
It would have been better to give up once the release was delayed and we failed to combine it with 8.
Just quietly make a PvE.
It’s not coming at all, is it?
I quit adding things right away, and I had no motivation from the start.
It was really terrible, but it didn’t get much attention because there were no victims due to how awful Exoprimalβ was.
>>17
Did they not think anything of creating a system where, despite unnecessarily dividing it into two parts, if you lose in the first half, there is no chance of a comeback and you just lose as is?
There were only three stages in total, including the additional one.
Let’s do some PvP in Monster Hunter!
>>20
If you create dust, I will forgive you!
If it becomes dust, I’ll forgive you!
I saw the end announcement, but I feel like you’re giving off a vibe that it’s a smooth ending, aren’t you?
Is this the appearance of the 25th anniversary work of the Biohazard series?
A mysterious concept where bio protagonists kill each other for no particular reason and then reappear as monsters after dying.
What did you find interesting?
The game struggled with balance adjustments, but it certainly had its shining moments.
What’s up with wanting to do PvP but throwing it away immediately?
You have no motivation at all.
Seriously, the Resistance was the one really playing the game properly…
The thread image is out of the question.
At least release RE Outbreak before making an online game with bio.
Just adding a mode where you clear one stage in multiplayer as a bonus would be enough.
I’m not looking for PVP in Bio, so make it an outbreak.
>>28
Why do people need to fight each other when there is a biological disaster happening in the first place?
Are you stupid…?
>>29
In zombie panic stories, conflict among humans is a classic trope (not saying it’s interesting).
Even if you really want to play an asymmetric game, you should take it seriously.
>>30
It’s not asymmetrical.
It feels like the character from the game in development has just been replaced with a biohazard one.
Exoprimal really died quickly…
Isn’t the thread image the one that came with Bio 8…?
You’re still doing it, huh…
If you’re going to make a strange game bundled with the main story, I’d rather you focus on making the main story better.
>>35
I won’t forgive RE3, which had an overwhelmingly insufficient amount of content, regardless of how interesting it was at times.
Will you die before the resistance?
Exoprimal had nothing worth seeing other than its excellent mech design.
>>38
I really like the design of the suits even now, but the fact that they have to fight against a dull mass of dinosaurs is just nonsensical.
It was already a failure with the old man at the center.
I’m surprised that Umbrella Corps is still going strong!
>>40
It was such a huge failure that the producer even made self-deprecating jokes at the talk event…
In the end, I spent about an hour on the revised version and thought, “That’s enough.”
Reverse was really awful, but I enjoyed 8.
Re3 was short and the choices were not great, to be honest, I was disappointed, but I enjoyed Resistance quite a bit.
I wonder if the balance is right… ?
The Umbrella Corps that has been continuing with a connection of 1 is already a bug in existence, right?
Why do they want to create PvP so much?
If I hit it, it would be huge.
>>45
I think it’s something like “Well, since they’re still transplanting that fifth one, it’s fine…”
I wonder if there are usually people around when it’s on.
>>45
I think games like PUBG, Apex, and Fortnite, which are popular worldwide as competitive shooting games, looked like a goose that lays golden eggs.
The main Bio (Resident Evil) and Monster Hunter games are selling well, so that’s good.
Social games and PvP are really something, aren’t they, Capcom?
Too extreme.
>>51
To be honest, after Exoprimal, I feel that Dragon’s Dogma 2 was also disappointing, and I’m concerned that it’s steadily returning to a bad cycle…
I hope you give up on the PvP route; what users are looking for is PvE like Act Break, Capcom.
ExoPrimal has staff from Monster Hunter involved, but that’s quite a waste.
Once I touch it, I’m satisfied.
I feel like the evaluation of the operator automatically improves every time I fail.
>>56
“Is it really possible to defeat Leon in 2!? It seems like making that into a selling point was a bad move, and it wasn’t very impressive even otherwise.”
If you want to do PvP, Agent Hunt is good enough.
I’ll turn off the setting so it doesn’t match with Agent Hunt…
Exoprimal quickly added a PvE-oriented mode, but…
Could it not have been fundamentally changed to a complete PvE, or did it just drag on as it was?
The arcade is rooted in the company, so I don’t think they can easily give up on PvP.
>>60
Since there is a story, please don’t give up just because of that…
Opera-like is considered normal for a TPS, but for a bio, it is…
I liked how the concept of experimenting on captured civilians is integrated into the worldview of the resistance.
It really just looks like they only used the Biohazard characters without any of that kind of thing.
Even the arcade version is just a bonus now.
If we’re going to create a new Outbreak game now, I wonder if we can include skill growth elements.
I think so.
Well, if we can’t make completely random maps, then we’ll have to include elements like growth factors that extend playtime.
The demand for RE Outbreak seems to actually exist, but…
The outbreak might be difficult to handle because the expectations are so high.
Honestly, I think if they just made it as it was back then when everyone was playing together, it would be treated as a terrible game.
Fans are a bit overly optimistic about the outbreak.
The resistance was interesting because it had its own distinctiveness.
It seems that there were plans for a third one as well, and it looks like Capcom has some lingering attachment to Outbreak.
I don’t think there are many character games that don’t value characters as much as this one.
>>74
After shooting it out with popular characters and consuming the virus in the map, one dies and transforms into a BOW, becoming either a Hunter or a Jack.
Isn’t there any setting…?
I liked Resistance enough to remember it occasionally.
I wish you had made it properly instead of bundling it together.
The outbreak itself was interesting, though.
If we were to do it now, it seems tough unless we include randomly generated maps and allow for as many various online experiences as possible.
Thanks to the upgraded hardware in Re, looking at the enhanced Raccoon City makes me think that it could still be used a bit more.
Exoprimal wasn’t interesting in PvE either.
I can see complaints flooding in from allies at the highest difficulty, causing chaos.
If you don’t memorize it thoroughly, it’s tough like jump rope, and it only worked because there were few people.
The outbreak is too long as it is for just one play.
I was really surprised by the thread image; I didn’t expect something like this to come out.
It’s the worst among all the human-related ones in Bio so far.
>>82
What about Umbrella Corps?
>>84
I remember there was some weird key hook-like action that was being promoted, but since it was made with Unity and the action was awkward, it just wasn’t fun at all.
Beta was poor, it was postponed for about a year, and they released it still poor.
>>83
I couldn’t help but wonder if things had improved a bit since then, but it was almost the same, which was more disappointing than anything… right?!
Just quietly stick to making Monster Hunter and Street Fighter series.
>>85
In that case, there will be people who start saying to create a new IP, and it will turn into a conflict where they throw Exoprimal at each other…
I recall hearing that the garbage production that was done on GOG has started to be done in PvP bio.
Even if they release a sequel, they’re going to come out with DmC 2 that has a system worse than Dark Arisen…
At one point, it was really crazy how they tried to make everything compete in PvP.
I hope the illness is already cured.
Sometimes it’s much better to release a strange new work than to see a beloved series dug up from the grave and kicked around.
The resistance is still alive, huh…
What is the current environment like?
It’s a mystery why they want to make PvP when it’s not that cost-effective for the sellers either.
>>94
If it hits well, it’s a game where people who continue for years and spend money are born.
Both the one with 6 and the resistance.
I think it might be better to go down the route of asymmetry since it’s interesting.
