[BanG Dream!] “Ricky probably didn’t aspire to be a magical girl when they were little.”

Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx10

“Huh? What’s up all of a sudden?”

On Sunday morning, even though we woke up early, we had nothing in particular to do, so we were lazily watching the TV we had on at random when Ai Ne suddenly said that.

“Well, you know. There were things like girls’ shows, like Pretty Cure. I remember that I admired them and got a make-believe set.”

“Hmm,” I mutter. I used to watch those so-called girl-targeted anime, but I don’t think I ever really wanted to be one of them. However, I can somewhat imagine what Ai-ne is doing. Thinking that, a certain desire arises.

“Give it a try.”

“Eh!? Now!?”

I want to see the role-playing that Aine was probably doing back then. I know that if I push it, it will be sweet, so I will keep asking.

“Well… I can’t help it, Ricky. Alright, here we go…?”

Aine cleared her throat, and without delay, I pointed my smartphone at her in recording mode.

…Alright, it’s permanently saved.

1: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx9

Riki-chan appears in a girls’ anime…

3: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx11

>>1

I see.

4: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>3

Was it Purichan…?

2: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

Cure Ricky

Cure Anon

5: Japan Otaku Reviews

I really like Anon-chan, it’s great, right, Riki?

6: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

Me too… because I was in the same series…!

20: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>6

The person from Tomorin had their work canceled before they received a live performance…

23: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>6

It appeared, but it felt like the character was almost like a bot most of the time…

7: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx12

7: Japan Otaku Reviews

8: Japan Otaku Reviews

Ricky surprisingly seems to like cute things.

Aine seems like a good fit, but…

10: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>8

It seems like I’ve given up, thinking it doesn’t suit me…

11: Japan Otaku Reviews

Luna-chan is a fan of that anime… and she gets nervous knowing she can co-star with Raki-chan…

12: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>11

(I was wondering if she was younger than me… and then I found out that Rikana-chan is the older one…)

13: Japan Otaku Reviews

Evil female executive Soyorin

Wearing a fitted suit.

15: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

It’s the only way for me to win…

17: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>15

Oh my!

There isn’t any.

22: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>15

Do we really need to win, Dia-chan!?

16: Japan Otaku Reviews

I want to watch Prichan, but there are so many series that I don’t know which one to start with…

19: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>16

From the first year, you could say that there is only one Pri-chan.

Although it is categorized as the Pretty Series, each one is independent.

24: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

>>16

From the second season, you can enjoy the mime elements from the very beginning.

If you end up liking the characters in season 2, watching season 1 should be more relaxing since it has more episodes…

18: Japan Otaku Reviews

Shiina… is that you…?

21: Japan Otaku Reviews

There was only the line about helping Jennifer, Tomorin.

25: Japan Otaku Reviews

Tomorin is the type who falls to the dark side midway and becomes an enemy, right?

26: Japan Otaku Reviews

Morning anime has a lot of episodes, you know…

27: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

Just 153 episodes.

28: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx6

There are so many! So many!

29: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

>>28

It’s fewer than all 178 episodes of Aikatsu, so it’s doable.

30: Japan Otaku Reviews

Riky riky riky riky

I’ll defeat Cure Aine~

38: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>30

Oh, I know this! It’s that Hiro-pin, right!?

41: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>38

Is that kind of play good…?

31: Japan Otaku Reviews

The first season of PriChan has more understated episodes compared to the second season, but personally, there are many stories that I like.

32: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

Stupid couple…

33: Japan Otaku Reviews

It seems that Mutsu-chan from MyGO doesn’t have a variety of text types, just like Morin.

34: Japan Otaku Reviews

The second year of Pri-chan was one of the most interesting in the long history of the Pretty series, and I recommend it because it enhances the resolution of Riko Sasaki.

If you want to increase your understanding of Koko Hayashi, you need to start watching from the first year or even earlier.

35: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

Riko Sasaki was doing it with Sho-chan ❤ and was feared, but five years ago, she was doing the same thing with Mirai-chan ❤.

It’s scary.

36: Japan Otaku Reviews

Ricky isn’t throwing away being a woman or anything!

37: Japan Otaku Reviews

In episode 7, Hatsuka will… fall to evil and become a black gal…!

40: Japan Otaku Reviews

Anyone who starts talking about Uitaki can generally be considered a spokesperson for Takara Tomy.

42: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>40

I’m sorry. From now on, I will talk about Afterglow’s Ran and Hima.

45: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>42

Ricky seems to like Ran and Hima.

43: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

I’m going to do a Pretty Cure cosplay, nya!

47: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>43

It’s tough, Yutenji.

44: Japan Otaku Reviews

It feels like once we start dating, we might turn into a bit of a silly couple.

50: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>44

While saying it’s unthinkable to be lovey-dovey in front of others, it seems like they’re acting all lovey-dovey anyway.

46: Japan Otaku Reviews

You and Locker Precure

48: Japan Otaku Reviews

Nyamuchi is a lewd enemy executive.

49: Japan Otaku Reviews

Please do that, Riki.

Ricky’s Scarlet Storm

51: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>49

My color is purple!

52: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>49

Brace yourself, Umine!

Ricky Scarlet Storm!! …Phew, I’ve saved the world again.

53: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

>>52

(A face trying hard to hold back laughter.)

54: Japan Otaku Reviews

(Mo-san cheering with a miracle light)

55: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mr. Tatsuki comes to play the drums in between daytime and nighttime idol activities… Should I manage the schedule?

57: Japan Otaku Reviews

Did you stay over on Saturday…?

60: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>57

What were you doing while you were staying?

61: Japan Otaku Reviews

I was also watching girl anime late Saturday night together.

After watching that, it gets exciting.

62: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>59

Different

Light

Listen

66: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>62

What are you trying to say?

69: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>66

I only did it because Aine reacts well when I show it to her during, you know…!

63: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>59

W-why do you know… I’m not doing anything!

64: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

It’s funny that Tomorin calls them things like that.

65: Japan Otaku Reviews

It danced in shadow color…

71: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>65

Color is like that.

68: Japan Otaku Reviews

Umizuzu seems like one of those magical girls who would die, doesn’t she?

70: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>68

The type that comes back to life but has lost their memory.

72: Japan Otaku Reviews

The lack of interaction between Rikki and Shuka in the first half is a “build-up” for their unit formation in the second half.

73: Japan Otaku Reviews

Hoshika doesn’t know what will happen, and there is a possibility that unexpected relationships may emerge.

74: Japan Otaku Reviews

I think it’s amazing how there’s such a gap when you watch MyGO and then watch Pri-chan, and you’re like, “Is Rikki the main character?!”

I was also surprised that this scary kid is Momoyama!?

75: Japan Otaku Reviews

75: Japan Otaku Reviews

76: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mortis-chan and Mutsumi-chan also seem to avoid watching TV itself, so they probably aren’t watching girl-targeted anime.

77: Japan Otaku Reviews

Rising Hope Mountain

78: Japan Otaku Reviews

Let’s wear summer clothes.

The story begins from there.

79: Japan Otaku Reviews

The scary one is Riki.

The unsettling intensity is found in Momoyama.

80: Japan Otaku Reviews

About 20% of the reason why Hoshika is being feared seems to be related to Purichan.

81: Japan Otaku Reviews

Light… let’s change our outfits.

Surely a summer maid.

Because it suits the lamp.

82: Japan Otaku Reviews

Hayashi Koko is still young, but due to her long career…

I laugh because my older co-star adores me like a sister.

83: Japan Otaku Reviews

Avemjika is undoubtedly on the enemy side.

Only Shou-chan falls into darkness and becomes a Precure.

84: Japan Otaku Reviews

I usually end up being the host at lost child scenes.

85: Japan Otaku Reviews

Will it become a tower, Hatsuka?
