The sturdy and high C is too great.
A handy type with decent special attack that is immune to poison due to being a Steel type, even without evolution.
I want an unorthodox.
Base stats good, resistance good, ability good, move type not so great.
>>4If you have Electric and Steel and reach Jibacoil, you also have Body Press, so the moves are fairly good.
It felt rather vague in the first generation.
>>5But the last electric slot in the travel party was a Lanturn for me.
It’s easy to want to include Coil Sarnight Gyarados because it’s so convenient, but I’ll hold back so it doesn’t become my usual team even though it’s my first time playing the new release.
Probably the Pokémon that benefits the most from the change in evolution methods.
The one that stops with Rarecoil.
I wish the magnet bomb was a special move.
Is it Sun and Moon? The one where you can fill the early stages with the cool duo of Klink and Grimer.
>>13I forgot if it was that early with Betbet, but Coil is truly talented.
>>14Because they are capable, they are truly a threat when used by the opponent.
If you choose Rowlet or Popplio first,
Getting beaten up by a single coil from the elementary school teacher.
Please increase the number of special steel techniques…
In SV, fighting types are normally strong, so a faster one would have been better.
The first generation is a hassle to go search for the power plant.
>>17Of course Pikachu is sticking around, there’s just too much electric type concentration over there.
>>20And when they go to the power plant, many kids make an effort to catch Thunder.
>>22I was the one who gave up and used Magneton.
The mirror shot is gone…
Crush everything with Analyze Jibako.
My travel party almost always had a ghost…
Firepower and decent speed are justice.
When trying to do a new Pokémon challenge in Alola, I give up due to a festival of slow Pokémon.
>>25Iwanko is fragile but reliable…
This guy was always a mainstay in BW2…
>>26Choosing Snivy means this guy has to be here to start.
Seriously
Alola’s Denjimushi evolution is too slow…
>>27I got faster with Ultra, but there’s no information.
>>27“Can’t we evolve at the power plant…?”
>>31I was so excited thinking this is definitely where I would evolve! But then there were no grass patches, and I was like… so where then…?
I’m doing a new Pokémon challenge with 2 ROMs in every region…
The evolution locations of Jibacoil and Dynoose.
Thinking about it now, it’s too harsh.
>>32It’s quite something that there are Pokémon that can’t evolve in HGSS, even though it’s not a case of communication evolution, despite being well-made.
Water frame Gyarados, electric frame this one will never be out.
In the Alola challenge, the Pokémon became Alolan Raichu, but since it was a regular Pikachu for part of the way, the feeling of being restricted weakened.
Why can’t my Kuwagannon evolve, even though it’s the master? What’s up with Ula’ula Island?
Magikarp is reaping the benefits of the changes in the experience points system all by itself, right?
It requires no effort to cultivate now.
Somehow, I have set a guideline of S70 or higher for traveling companions, and when it comes to Zibako, it has been troubling that it falls below that line.
In the past, I used to have Magikarp at the front of my party…
I was substituting them out immediately after bringing them out…
>>39It’s faster to raise it to level 19 at the daycare and then use candy.
The travel Lurantis is slightly fast and has a strong gem.
I was randomly playing either Fire Red or HGSS and couldn’t beat the Elite Four! I caught this guy and used him, and he performed so well that I ended up being amazed.
Even in communication evolution, the first to fourth generation groups can be created with Hisui, so it’s allowed…
I was talking about this guy at the company during the day.
>>45Your company is Japan’s number one coil fan company.
At the second gym, c95 is a crime.
The one that was pastured in Anipoke.
It’s a bit scary to take it out into the water.
It was interesting that when I talked to the Coil at the Horakuni Observatory, it replied in Morse code.
Although it was a topic of discussion due to organizational votes, I feel like Coil tends to be quite favored in their position every time.
I was carrying it around because it becomes my first ally in PokéDawn.
Electricity is convenient.
In many cases, using the rare Coil in a journey is a crime, isn’t it?
You didn’t choose Jibacoil, did you?
>>54The evolution conditions vary too much for each work!
>>54Why are you late?
>>58It’s just something like the trend of additional DP evolution…
>>54The reason is that Lanturn is faster. Did you know? Jibacoil has a base speed of 60, while Lanturn has a base speed of 70. This difference of 10 is very significant; in the case of Lanturn, by boosting speed and applying 252 EVs, it reaches an actual speed of 134. And with the item Choice Scarf, this becomes 1.5 times, reaching 201. This is just slightly higher than the highest value of major Pokémon like Jolteon or Crobat, which are known as the 130-speed tier. In Pokémon, a difference of just 1 in speed determines who attacks first or second. Therefore, with that 1 difference, it can attack powerful Pokémon first. Well, whether it can defeat them or not is another story. Indeed, Jibacoil exceeds Lanturn in both durability and decisive power, but since Lanturn is superior in speed, there is a clear differentiation, and arguably, Lanturn might even be stronger. That’s why I intentionally stop at Lanturn.
It’s unlikely that the thread images would rot in travel battles unless all wild Pokémon are either Water/Ground or Steel/Ground types…
There was a teacher in Sun and Moon’s Pokémon School who kept using a surprisingly strong Magnemite.
I think evolving Magikarp is reasonable around level 40.
Looking back, the location evolution was a failure…
>>61I like the new rough stone called “ice stone,” but I also dislike it.
The concept of protecting with steel and attacking with electricity is beautiful.
>>62Isn’t it a steel attachment?
>>65So what…
I hope they do something about the unnecessary, specialized items for communication evolution that increased with the rough changes in evolution conditions in DPt.
During the old resistance era, it was really tough.
>>68There were only four types that could pass at one times the speed or higher.
Right now, out of 18, I managed to get through 6, but I feel that my attacking ability has improved quite a bit.
Even though it’s a game to have fun with friends, it was unusually harsh on solo players during the DS era.
I still cannot forgive the woman who sent a ghost with a stone that hasn’t changed.
I feel like I remembered Sonic Boom as something that could be caught in the very early stages, and for a while, it seemed weak.
But that’s about it.
Before thinking about strong or weak, I just can’t help but use Jibacoil because it’s cool.
Everyone is cool except for the additional evolution group of Sinnoh, Moai.
I think Permot will evolve into a rock type in the next game anyway.
Due to a certain video, it’s stuck in my mind that a specially invested Raikou can outpace the 130 base speed tier by just one point.
When traveling, the normal moves tend to be the main force, making it even tougher.
Surprisingly excellent is the Geodude line.
I have a strong memory of how chaotic and lawless the journey in Pt and BW2 was.
Especially the latter is just perfectly timed to be obtained before the early poison gym.
Even with Lanturn, its base Special Attack is pretty high, considering it’s a former final evolution.
>>78In the first place, Coil’s base stats of 95 are higher than those of intermediate evolutions around that level.
I remember that when I included it in my party in BW2, its main weapon was Electromagnetic Wave Electric Ball, and it was strong.
Characteristic levitate
I used to think it would make me happy.
Even the rocks feel like an invincible fortress in the early game, but the range in which steel can completely shut them down is just too wide!
Ishitsubute, Coil, and Casey have quite impressive A and C at the first stage.
In travel scenarios, the level moves are not great, so I want to reinforce them with TMs.
Even now, steel has the image of being a superior version of rock.
If the opponent is not affected by electricity, chip away with Luster Cannon.
Steel had zero highlights in terms of offense until the demon appeared…
If you could shoot the Houden from the high C, I wouldn’t ask for anything else, but back when there wasn’t even a Houden…
