I really think this limited edition is super interesting.
The black magic staff is incredibly useful, and the hero gimmick feels great.
You can equip it on the final phase giant iron as well.
I got a squall after buying the pack.
>>3Congratulations! I want to use it too.
Even in limited releases, the samurai’s sword felt quite close to being a rare uncommon.
This might become popular.
A 3 mana 3/3 with trample and haste can still leave behind the weapon after being removed, so it seems likely that something like Raubahn will be played and equipped.
The non-biological spells and job selection fit together very well.
Isn’t Sephiroth quite strong?
The emblem is strong, so Sephiroth is kind of an extra, but just having that makes the opponent lose their motivation.
I got three Balfares, but I can’t think of any use for them other than putting them in Velo’s deck.
There are still characters that didn’t fit, so I want to do it again.
>>9Aaron is seriously struggling.
I wanted it to be released as a rare item.
>>9Next, please do it with FFT!!
The promotional material for the Magic Battle Festival is Chocobo and the Mysterious Dungeon, but apparently, they were asked to handle it from the MTG side.
>>13Actually, I feel like Chocobos are more popular than some of the poorly numbered entries.
“Release it in secret, release it, release it!”
I opened one box of Preb, but I want to open more.
I want a box…
>>14What came out?
Someone was showing a graph like “Ahhh! The cards from the FF collaboration are dropping on the first day!” but I’m seriously debating whether to point it out.
Whether to block this or point it out.
>>17I also think that those who call themselves influencers only engage in money games.
I’m comfortable blocking all the people on YouTube who only talk about money in unboxings and the negative news about MtG…
>>27Ah
Next is the bulletin board.
>>27Too good.
>>17What is this for?
I don’t understand the meaning.
>>29It’s clear you understand and all that shows is malice, so what exactly do you want to do? I’m thinking of just saying it straight out.
>>40Don’t stoop down to the same level.
Just quietly block them.
>>49Let’s do that… I’ve calmed down, thank you.
To be honest, I thought it was annoying when someone like a beginner got involved and did things like that, so I was also in a bad place.
I’ve ended up with the image of someone who reanimates unpleasant creatures while attacking players with completely empty boards in EDH.
>>18It’s just that I only need to summon a plague creator twice.
It’s about the arena.
Chandra Chocobo and Jace Chocobo are super cute.
I wanted at least five colors.
Actually, the Arena specialists don’t participate in the Prelims, so they often complain about how they feel bitter when talking about FF+ Foundation limited formats and no one engages.
If you limit it, you’ll understand, but isn’t the existence of the world map amazing?
Thanks to this guy, the Limited three-color is way too easy.
I prefer the side with the white mage in the Magic War Festival’s Choco-Dan-Purema.
I wanted Julio to be in red and white, yeah.
An equipment deck in red mono EDH can be quite tough.
I only want the card for 11 in English.
Tell me, Anonymous.
Should I peel this?
>>30I think you should peel it if you have it.
Was this guy a mercenary?!
>>31Of course, because it’s SeeD!
>>31Cypher, who failed the SeeD exam, is not a mercenary, which is a minor detail.
Does a double attack trigger twice?
When I first saw Excalibur II, I thought it was crap, but the synergy with the Letter Moguri and White Mage equipment was quite strong.
I was feeling good about releasing the weapon shop as well.
I really want the card of that BGM…
I was thinking of using this unopened Korebu as a prize for the bulletin board tournament, but there will definitely be someone who brings cards for the sealed battle…
>>41Hey, are you planning to start a war, you warmonger?
It seems there are only strange cards in XV.
I keep losing all the Corbuu lotteries, and I just got the notification that I didn’t win the last one today, so I can’t fight anymore… I saved some money from not getting Corbuu, so maybe I’ll participate in the pre-release after work tomorrow…
>>44I was saying I couldn’t fight, but I was completely eager to fight.
I want Yashtora Borderless.
I regret not being able to buy it for 20,000 due to losing the reservation battle.
>>46Is it not okay to compromise with Y’shtola from the stand?
Korebu will probably receive more from the mail order next week and will be further peeled.
It’s settling down, yeah.
There’s no point in pointing it out, so I can only make it disappear from my sight.
Isn’t it a bit strange that the seed is a mercenary, yet it’s called seed’s mercenary?
Well, the true seed isn’t a mercenary, but…
I only have knowledge of the main FF storyline from this manga, but it’s fun.
I wanted the leader to be featured in FFV, but it doesn’t have much popularity overseas.
In the end, I end up focusing on popular overseas titles around 6, 7, 10, and 14.
>>54V is too lacking in character…
It seems like there are many Kefkas as the leader for the nameless.
There are still holiday releases left, so… can I buy it?
It’s sad that Lionheart is an anchor equipment for Limite.
>>57Lionheart is a mass-produced weapon…
The squall is a special version shaped like a lion’s heart.
Can you buy it at the store with PrebbBox?
>>59Since I don’t understand, it’s better to check with the store I plan to go to!
It seems like Tidus’s combos in Stand won’t feel good.
I’m looking forward to it, aside from that.
I’m a guy who can’t participate in the prerelease because I work all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!
I wonder if someone would play home pre-release with me!
Kistis and Zell are not mercenaries, and Lionheart can’t be obtained from Squall, so there are various points that are concerning.
What I thought when I teamed up with Kefka is that if the opponent does a combo that includes life increase or decrease when it’s reversed, it’ll be an instant death.
The package from the online shopping just arrived, and I’m too scared to open it.
>>65Do an unboxing commentary here.
There are quite a few explosive deaths, but it’s a fun pack to unwrap.
I don’t know at all, but the girl named Shantotto was really attractive.
>>67I’m in my mid-fifties.
>>76Huh? Give me back my sperm.
>>76But it’s CV Megumi Hayashibara!
>>82Then I’ll forgive you.
It’s a good thing that many anonymous users were able to buy this CoReBu after all.
It’s strange that Eiko doesn’t have any single cards.
I have enough motivation to buy a full-art and make it my commander.
Please have the illustrator be Sou-TARO.
>>70Didn’t you say there wasn’t a frame to put it in?
I want a starter kit to promote it to a community that doesn’t do magic, but I can’t find it anywhere…
I feel like I’ve fallen behind…
I want to make a reservation for SLD on June 10th, but it’s fine to do it on Rakuten Books, right?
For now, I’ve taken the morning off.
I knew it, but Vivi is just too lawless…
This level of card power is just right.
A bug that Lidia is growing.
I wonder how it will turn out against Izzet.
If Altema had 4 mana, it would have perished…
Even if we do a second round, won’t it end up being like an unpopular mixed set? That’s the issue.
>>85It’s okay to print about four more copies of Sephiroth.
>>85It’s okay.
It would be good to release Cloud (Advent Children) and Cloud (Crisis Core).
>>85I’m really excited about the possibility of having an official first team and second team, so I want it to happen.
>>8514 still has a lot of rounds left, one way or another.
>>85Since the FFVII faction leans towards aggro, it is predictable that the next will be a midrange centered around 3 mana to 5 mana.
Cloud and Sephiroth are 4 mana.
>>85It would be nice to have characters from the expansion sets of Cloud (Advent Children) and Yuna (10-2) 11 or 14 as well.
Surprisingly, BiBi doesn’t get nervous easily.
I have both the feeling that collaborating is fun and the feeling that the original work’s fidelity is low.
Why is Lionheart an uncommon for 4 mana?
>>91Because if you’re used to it, you’ll get it early in the game…
>>95I wish they would have made it at least 3 mana so it could fish with the thread.
>>109Damn it, the Bastard Sword costs 3 mana!
This sword is strong.
>>115I definitely think the original concept is just a name change of the sword of 〇 and 〇 for FF.
After removing cards from the Commander deck and counting the number of cards by numbering.
From the top, FF14 has 45 pieces, FF7 has 43 pieces, FF6 and FF9 have 27 pieces each, and FF10 has 24 pieces.
It’s true that 14 and 7 are overwhelmingly common, but actually, 9 is quite common as well.
Korebu is normally sold, but a one-pack limit is a bit…
>>93Stockpiling bastard
>>93Where?
Let’s stop the restrictions like FF and collaborate with Square Enix… let’s do it!
>>94I want Nier-chan’s card.
Let’s collaborate with Saga next!
Vincent can handle a higher-level one, not just the Galleon Beast.
Well, there are 7 Remake, FFT, Type-0, and 14.
I am sorry to hear that.
I want to peel it with a box!
Because Previews don’t have commander cards, right?
>>103If it’s a co-op card, it should be included, but if it’s probably Y’shtola, then it’s only this one.
There are also projectiles like FFT and Zero Type.
Maybe next time, 9 will definitely be included in the commander deck and have a lower standard inclusion.
When I tried building an EDH deck with this guy, it turned into a brain-dead musclehead that equips multiple swords and charges into battle.
Since there were no additional contents for 16 this time, it can be released.
Brother Altema and others
Well, that’s a booster for playing Limite…
You can rest assured that this product will never be mass-produced again.
Even with a second installment, it seems that FF7 Remake and FF14 will remain the latest FF titles and will be prioritized.
After five years, will FF17 be out, I wonder?
Chrono Trigger!
Kingdom Hearts!
Chocobo!
Saga!
Dragon Quest!
And while its popularity will likely drop significantly, it seems that Half-Baked Hero will easily surpass FF in its synergy with MtG!
I found out through the collaboration, but I couldn’t buy the card.
So, everything except for this premium booster will be re-released, right?
>>116Play Booster will be reprinted for three years until it rotates out.
Because the one that can be obtained on the side from Lionheart is too strong…
It’s definitely too late to release it five years from now, so they’ll probably put it out in 2 to 3 years…
The commander is 7, 14, 9, and T, I guess it’s popular.
If there’s a second installment, I want the Super Ultimate Martial God Breaking Slash ver.5 in that scene where they’re moving around so fast.
It’s more like I want it, or rather, it’s the leading side that comes out.
The Buster Sword is a pretty crappy initial weapon, but it has a somehow nice and sad past… so it’s fine to make it strong.
Isn’t Squall’s weapon something he made by looking at a magazine, like a model kit?
https://mtgsalon.com/collections/mtg-final-fantasy
I can’t believe something can sell at that price…
>>122You don’t need to share your discomfort.
Well then, since we have the opportunity, I would like to do an unboxing commentary for this.
The first pack… is off to a bad start…
>>123Good job.
This flat illustration is nice.
>>123Woo! Do your best!!
>>123I was selling a pack for 7,700 yen in Namba, but I would throw up if it were this.
>>139How about 5500 yen?
It seems like the conversation is proceeding under the assumption that there will be another collaboration, but it’s rare for external content that has collaborated in the past to collaborate multiple times.
>>124It would be so incompetent to not plan a second installment after selling this much.
First, isn’t the next release going to be around the ring?
>>124If it’s a huge hit and the collaboration with FFTCG is going smoothly, it seems like we can expect the second edition too, right?
Is “Shin” as in “Wakka” read as “Sin” instead of being a marine creature?
>>125If you play the game, you’ll understand, but that’s it.
The card name is also clear as “Spira’s Punishment” and “Sin”.
In the remake of Final Fantasy, isn’t it a system where you enhance the Buster Sword as the material?
>>126There are normally higher-tier weapons.
However, since each weapon has a different enhancement tree, a fully upgraded Buster Sword can be used in the final boss battle.
Cecil and Dobbin’s veto power is fine, isn’t it?
Is the black chocobo report ready yet?
You don’t need to print arrow baldness for Japan, so I wish you would increase the production of Final Fantasy instead.
Is the Buster Sword possibly inspired by that thing from Berserk?
>>136?
>>136Yeah, the Buster Sword is a copy of Dragon Slayer, Barret’s hand is a copy of Guts’ prosthetic, and Sephiroth is a copy of Griffith.
FF7, which plagiarized the globally renowned masterpiece Berserk, should apologize.
Baldur’s Gate was quick…
I wish Japan would print alternative card packs for arenas instead of arrow bald.
I would have preferred it to be split into two sets, like 1-9, 10- or by odd and even, rather than a second installment.
It seems they’ve already made cards quite a ways ahead, so if there’s going to be a second part, it will be quite a while from now.
>>144Since this outlook design started in 2021, if we hypothetically begin the second stage after seeing the response, it would be like that.
I don’t know about starting without preparation.
The next pack is going to be exciting too, right?
Isn’t it the case that only FF is a huge success and the next pre-release is empty?
>>145Kuwon Shidai
But I can probably predict that the avatar will be empty.
>>145Eternal→◎
Spider → △
Arrow → ×
Let me play in the arena soon.
It’s been over two years since the Lord of the Rings collaboration, but there’s been no talk of the next collaboration at all.
>>149Regarding The Lord of the Rings, there aren’t enough characters, and there are a lot of unknown ones popping up, so it seems impossible to finish it, doesn’t it?
For the second installment, it would be good to include a swimsuit Tifa.
I wonder if I’ll get a request for a collaboration illustration too.
>>152Saria’s naughty picture is borderless.
I want to know the atmosphere of EDH at events, are there any videos floating around?
>>154Isn’t that right around the sunny channel?
I really don’t get Avatar, but is it like that Arcane thing that hasn’t hit in Japan?
Well, with all this excitement, it’s natural to want to have high expectations, right?
It seems like they will also put effort into collaborations with other IPs.
The One Ring incident was fun, but I hope we don’t do something like that again.
>>158If you didn’t do it after selling that much, then that’s the real incompetence.
>>158I think it’s a golden chocobo reflecting on that.
Since it’s just England, we’re adding the limited-time black chocobo, right?
It is a secret rare…
It seems they are quite enthusiastic about future collaborations.
I want you to play Secret Layer Chocobo’s Mysterious Dungeon.
– claw
So please play the two-color sword.
The ring was a failure because the moment it was used in the competition, countless Nazgûls popped up.
The atmosphere of EDH can only be described as depending on the location, so it’s better not to reference other places for better or worse.
Spider-Man isn’t that weak as an IP.
It’s clear that there won’t be a commander set and that this isn’t a work where such characters appear, so it’s almost obvious that the scale will be around that of Assassin’s Creed.
It would have been better if you had just collaborated as the Avengers without pushing yourself too hard.
I thought Japanese Coleb has no flavor, but the black chocobo is quite nice.
But it doesn’t come out of my box, so it sucks.
The pace is bad, so I’ll peel two packs.
The third pack is pretty good! The card I wanted came!
>>172What are you aiming for?
>>177I’m really happy to have Bahamut because I want to create a summoning deck! Also, I’m a fan of Golbez, so I’m glad the original artwork has come back.
>>172Bahamut is great!
>>172Lord Bahamut Conrad is impressive, but Brest is also great.
I heard there are anonymous remote battle servers, but I wonder how active they are.
EDH becomes terrible when there are bad players!
>>174Four card gamers might have a pretty good chance of mixing it up like that…
I think there’s no way to do FO and not do TES, but I wonder how it actually is.
Bahamut is nice.
I want to see a surge foil.
What I can say to beginner commanders is to play efficiently.
Because there are many participants.
>>180Incredibly, it takes a total of 1 hour just for each person to take 15 minutes.
>>180Kuu~~~ What can I draw to solve this? What would be good to come?
I have no choice but to bet on this… here we go… I’m coming~~!
Destiny’s~~~~!! Draw, draw!!!!… shaka shaka shaka… um… hmm?
>>192Please do that kind of thing in Yu-Gi-Oh instead…
>>197Right now, there are MtG influencer VTubers recommending that we play like in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime to get everyone excited…
>>180Understood! Spinning top launch!
I heard that Zidane is strong, but how is it?
>>182The one with 1 mana is just the strongest in Limited.
>>184(It seems you haven’t done MOM Limited…)
>>190I pushed through quite a bit with that, so on turn 1 I used Lagavulin, then brought out the sword of the past and future on turn 2, and equipped it on turn 3.
I heard that Spider-Man is a mini set.
There are already fewer than 150 distribution numbers left.
>>186The SPM body goes up to number 231, and since it has the capability for limiting, it’s a bit larger.
>>196It’s probably about the first Theros.
I laughed because the Golbez from the Stan side and the Golbez from the Legacy side came together in the same pack.
Summoning decks are great, aren’t they?
Everyone will probably use Yuna, so I’m going to go against the trend and use Aminato.
The reason discussions about TES or Dark Souls: Elden Ring don’t come up might be because their worlds are too similar to MTG.
It’s like there’s no collaboration-like quality in a bad way.
How about a Yu-Gi-Oh (original) collaboration?
White (Blue Eyes)
Black (Dark Magician)
Red (Red Eyes)
Blue (Psycho Shocker)
Green (The Pterodactyl Guarding the Fortress)
>>198Isn’t it the case that half of the famous cards before the collaboration are designs that plagiarize MtG?
>>198I would like a Jund deck with the Esper Jonouchi-kun, the king of the Grixis CEO, in my commander deck.
The breast foil looks expensive.
Make sure to understand the oracles of the cards you use so you can play efficiently.
