[Zoids] What went wrong, I wonder?

Otaku Review Image

1: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:50Yeahx15

The Bremen Town Musicians, perhaps?

2: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:51

An existence that is completely ignored in HMM.

3: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:52Yeahx26

The Sturmführer is just too cool.
In other words, it is completed with a pure Fura.

4: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:52Yeahx26

I thought it was lame just to throw it on.

8: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:54Yeahx9

>>4I at least wanted the eagle to transform enough to lose its bird-like appearance…

10: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:55Yeahx1

>>8It’s originally a different product, so it can’t be helped…

5: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:53

This is Tommy, who usually resells a Furla when it’s being sold off for 500 yen.

6: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:53Yeahx2

QUE?
Ugh.

11: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:55Yeahx3

>>6In terms of being cute, it feels like that is a positive, but it is not what is being sought…!

7: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:53

Eagle of the Republic
Führer of the Empire

9: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:54Yeahx8

It seems unlikely to be picked up in the future as well.
It’s more profitable to push with a zero-sura image.

12: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:56

I think Zero Phoenix will come out here too since it appeared in AZ.

13: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:57

You could also say that it’s fine to voluntarily rip off the bird’s head.
Put something in the opened hole.

14: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:57

I can confidently say that doing the same thing with Adamus or HMM is tacky.

15: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:57

You can get two cool Zoids at a bargain price!

16: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:58

Even though they are still rivals in anime, it’s frustrating that Sturm, who isn’t in any anime, and unused concepts of Yakt are prioritized for commercialization.

17: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:58

I hope they can enhance the sense of integration by utilizing CAS a bit more.
Even the liger that is somewhat utilizing the CAS has its main body stopped on its back…

18: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:58

I felt that the anime was skillfully using exaggeration to disguise its lack of depth.

19: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:58

I feel like the position of the wings is unnecessarily high, and it might be better to get rid of the Buster Claw and bring the Eagle and Fueler closer together.

20: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)19:59Yeahx10

If you combine them, you can’t walk.
A fatal line is written in the instruction manual for the moving toy.

21: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:00

The cube connecting to the bird is so nostalgic.

22: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:00

Couldn’t something be done about the excess Eagle parts?

23: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:00

Both designs are nice, even though this form is no longer available, and I can only be grateful to Toys “R” Us for selling them to me for 500 yen when I was a broke high school student.

24: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:00Yeahx5

Does this include all the parts needed to become a furler?

25: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:01

It seems that changing armor has increased recently.

27: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:02

>>25It’s not so much that it increased, but rather that it was revived after more than 20 years of being shelved.

26: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:01

An image like fried chicken curry.
Neither is able to make the most of their strengths.

28: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:02

If it’s going to be released as an AZ or RMZ, I would like it to be in a form close to the anime design.

29: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:02

I think it would make a big difference if at least we made it so that the head of the Buster Eagle is attached to the head of the Fuhrer, like with Raiger.

30: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:02

I definitely bought it when it was five hundred yen.

31: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:02Yeahx1

The fact that the Liger has a horn on its head is not only uncool but also feels too different in vibe from previous Zoids.

32: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:03

No vendor will have the reckless bravery to deploy a Buster Fuller right off the bat, so you can rest assured.

37: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:05

>>32The price will go up due to the Buster Eagle, and there’s also the need to make the leg load and backpack compatible for combining, so it’s quite brave to do that right from the start.

41: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:06

>>32That’s not bravery; it’s just foolishness.

33: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:03

The collaboration between Blox and Zoids is quite common…
This is some sort of project that just tries to do something by combining what we already have…

36: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:04

>>33The problem is that nothing is working out.

34: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:04

If we were to disassemble the original Zoids and use them as the exterior for Zero or Fühler in a sort of Great Combination, it would probably result in something cool, but since Zoids are living beings, we adhered to an ethical perspective that prevents us from disassembling them…
…No, the Blocks combination is falling apart…

35: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:04Yeahx2

What’s reassuring is that I understand what you want to do since it’s a turret and wings in the image.
A crab on my back? I don’t really understand.

42: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:06

>>35It’s like… a fighter aircraft with an electronic warfare pod on its back…

75: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:13

>>42Dark → Killer has a setting that specializes in electronic warfare → the unison specializes in hand-to-hand combat, which gives a sense of incongruity again.

79: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:14

>>75The Dark Spiner has raw fighting capabilities comparable to the Geno Breaker, and if its armaments are equal, it can perform at a level on par with the Furor.

38: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:05

Since zero is feeling pretty good, I can’t help but have some expectations for this too.

39: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:06

The killer spider is easy to understand because it’s a red dome and a claw.

40: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:06

To be honest, I think it’s way cooler in terms of design cohesion than Seismo.
That’s just an obvious statement that it’s because they placed a cool thing on top of a cool thing…

43: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:07

>>40(thicker than I expected)

44: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:07

I love the boldness of the killer spider crushing the spinosaurus!
I don’t like it when it’s too strong.

45: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:07

There wasn’t as much demand as I thought for wanting to do something like building block toys with Zoids…

48: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:08

>>45It’s okay on its own, but when trying to combine it, it doesn’t quite work…

56: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:10

>>45There certainly were mixed opinions, but since it continued fairly well, I think there was some demand for it…
Fyuza was developed quite a while after the release of Blocks in the first place.

64: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

>>45Still, Blocks continued to release new products up to FZ.
I wonder if we can blame Hasbro for the overseas expansion.

46: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:08

I think it’s tough to sell in the Reiwa era using a thread, so it would be better to sell the AZ Eagle as a single item with a joint that can surprisingly be attached to the AZ Furler.

47: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:08

Even the Buster Eagle matches colors, so why doesn’t the crab have any intention to match at all?

49: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:08

Wasn’t there a proposal for an external dorsal fin during the development stage of the Dark Sniper?
This area tends to be a long story when talked about…

52: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:09Yeahx7

>>49It’s a Dark Spiner.
Never make the same mistake again.

55: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:09Yeahx1

>>52(Even the official sources make mistakes sometimes.)

50: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:08Yeahx1

Personally, the one that makes me go “What is this?” the most is the Energy Ray Liger that looks like it has exploded leaving only the arms.

51: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:09Yeahx3

Unison is 90% lame, right?

53: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:09

I like Buster Fuller’s, so it annoys me when the thread is anonymous! But I can’t cry, so I quietly wither away.

68: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:12

>>53It’s okay to relax because I like you too.
I like Blade-san, who fires without hesitation at the police and challenges energy opponents with his bare hands.

120: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22Yeahx2

>>68That person does whatever they want pretty freely from start to finish, doesn’t they…

129: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:24

>>120Even if I know the reason for the destruction of my past beloved machine, the Geno Saurer, I don’t particularly mind and I think Sandra has an odd sense of importance.

54: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:09

The crab mount was originally designed with the premise of merging, so it looks cohesive.

57: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:10

Despite being teased a lot as a crab, Genobure has become a top-class popular model before I knew it.

61: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11Yeahx4

>>57At the point of the base Genosaurer, it’s top-class in popularity, right?

63: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

>>57Because it was cool in both the anime and the battle story…

69: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:12

>>63It’s unfair that their significant presence is highlighted even in the finale of the Battle Story that took over 20 years to complete.

76: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:13Yeahx2

>>69One side of the blade being the Blade Liger’s blade is a bit unfair…

201: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:51Yeahx2

>>63No… that man was the world’s greatest Zoids pilot…

65: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

>>57It was incredibly popular right from its first appearance!

78: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:14

>>57It was probably just the nameless person who lost to the crab who was doing negative campaigning.

58: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:10

Timing, distance, and spirit!!!!
I like it more.

59: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:10

At least when I was a kid, Blocks had a huge demand for me.

60: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11Yeahx1

If it’s a Spinosaurus motif, I like Spinosapa.
I remember the name “bucket-wheel excavator” because of that.

74: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:13

>>60Chainsaws are great, and the option to turn into a shield rock drill is nice too… Engineer Zoids have a unique position that’s stylish.
I wonder if that guy will realize or work on HMM or make it a dynamic model.

62: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

The Buster Eagle is actually transforming quite dramatically.

66: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

Since Liger Zero Phoenix is the main character, it’s understandable that the rival Furya wants to combine in a way that befits that.
I understand, but…

67: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:11

From the picture in the thread, it looks quite silly having their mouths open together both above and below.

70: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:12

To be honest, I still think that even Geilunki doesn’t need the separation element.

71: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:12

If I spread out the Buster Claw a bit more, will it have better balance?

73: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:13

>>71The one that’s stuck is too annoying…

72: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:12Yeahx2

I understand that Fusors is not about that, but I always thought it was creepy that the Empire’s Fuhrer and the Republic’s Buster Eagle fused together when I was a child.

96: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:19

>>72Modifying captured weapons to make them easier to use or adding your own weapons to them has been common on Earth since ancient times.

77: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:14

I may be stating the obvious, but there’s no way this wing can allow the Berserk Führer to fly.

80: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:14Yeahx6

>>77Since it’s a world where Mad Thunder flies, that’s not really a problem, is it?

82: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:15

>>77Even though I was launching things like Mad Thunder and Deathsaurer during the war…

88: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17

>>77In the anime, the Genosaurers were flying around without even wings…

81: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:15

The Dark Spiner is an incredible Zoid that almost brought the Republic to ruin all by itself.

84: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:16

>>81It’s terrible that they’re cutting off with the jamming wave.
And the main body is strong; it’s a setting thought up by an idiot.
At least such aircraft should be weak in close combat.

89: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17

>>84Even with measures in place, it’s a bit unsettling that they’re still energetically acting as the commander of the chimera or merging with crabs.

103: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

>>89Even without the use of poison waves, Daxpa is strong on its own…

86: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17

>>81Every time a new model comes out, the Battlestory inflates, but I honestly think this one is good enough on its own.

83: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:16

Somehow, I actually quite like Blox itself.
The combinations with normal Zoids, like the Descartes Dragon and the White Tiger, are really well-made.
I still love the TB8 series so much that I sometimes play with it for no reason.
The ease of play of the Neoblo series is also wonderful.

85: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:16

The anime was more interesting than I expected, but since the rival machine was in the first half, it just can’t compare to Gaikiryuki…

105: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

>>85Also, simply put, Blade’s character in the first half isn’t very cool.

87: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17

The Dark Spider is an option part that works in conjunction with the back gimmick along with the König! It seems like they were trying to push it, but it has hit a dead end…

90: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17Yeahx3

I wonder why they carry crabs, but they definitely moved in sync, didn’t they?

95: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:18

>>90Rotation of the radome and opening and closing of the scissors.
When you paint a part of the radome, it’s easier to see it rotating, which is great.

106: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

>>90The gear that moves the dorsal fin can be connected to the crab.

91: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:17

The terrifying nature of electronic attacks was taught to us by Zoids Wild over the years.

92: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:18

It’s hard to appreciate the goodness of Blocks with just the Buster Eagle.

93: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:18

Zoids solve everything with the Magnesser.

94: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:18

Those large Zoids over there are really cool, but well, the CoroCoro Zoid lineup was starting to run out of steam.

97: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:19

Spinosaurus is quietly popular as a motif, especially around where it appears.

100: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:19

>>97The theory that Spinosaurus is strong suddenly emerged in Jurassic Park.

113: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:21

>>97Isn’t it a classic, especially since Jurassic Park 3?

98: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:19

The Seismosaurus using something like octopus thread in the kits of that time is quite memorable.

99: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:19Yeahx3

But the ogre that burst out in style, shaking off the toxic waves, was incredibly cool, so I forgive it.

101: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20Yeahx2

I loved Genobreaker too, but when I saw the incredibly cool Berserk Fuhrer, which clearly became simpler, for the first time, I was trembling.
Also, when firing the charged particle cannon, all the tail fins open up.

102: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

The Daxspa has a double cockpit hatch, and when you open the upper hatch, it turns into a canopy, which is also nice…

104: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

Enemy Orai

107: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

It’s strange how Blocks is doing well on its own, yet the official side doesn’t seem to touch on it much.

108: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

Playing with blocks by breaking them down into about two Matrix Dragons’ worth and putting them in a bucket for reassembly is extremely fun.
On the contrary, I’m not good at Chimeras because they have too many big parts.

109: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20

The Dimetrodon appears more often than Spinosaurus in a modest way.
Even though it’s not a dinosaur.

110: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:20Yeahx1

The Genobreaker is definitely a crab, but…
Crabs are cool as an important thing.

115: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22

>>110But Cancer is close to the bottom of the zodiac hierarchy, right?

119: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22Yeahx1

>>115That technique works on me.

123: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23Yeahx1

>>115It may be inferior among the 12 zodiac signs, but when looking at the entire constellation, it would be considered top-tier.

130: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:25Yeahx1

>>115So even though I’ve been clearing my name for about 20 years, what era are you talking about?

124: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23

>>110Just being able to grab a Command Wolf and slam it down is an extraordinary strength.
It’s a shield after all, and the claws are just a secondary feature.

111: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:21

A machine from the lineage of Deathsauler.
Mounting the advanced armament of Mad Thunder’s Magnezer!

112: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:21

I thought chimeras were red and cool…

121: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23

>>112Roadgale is really cool, isn’t it?

114: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:21

The shadow of Spinosa is too faint.

116: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22

>>114In anime, they have a strong presence because they are in charge of the horror episodes!

118: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22

>>114I think getting one episode in an anime is the cream of the crop.
Well, it’s not really a prominent position or anything.

122: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23

>>114Too cool… but the Zoids series really likes these kinds of machines, doesn’t it?
Gustav for transport purposes.

117: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:22

The only thing I still hold a grudge about in Zoids is the way they sold Azuki Pla and Recon.

125: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23Yeahx2

If we talk about the constellation hierarchy in Zoids, it’s definitely the two strong ones: the lion and the scorpion.

126: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:23

I forgot the name, but the crayfish-shaped battleship was cool too, right?

127: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:24

Due to the new Liger development not being completed in time for the overseas launch of the Fuyza.
The new equipment for Zero, the Phoenix and Falcon, has turned into energy on the enemy side, and the manufacturers back then were quite messy…

128: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:24Yeahx1

Blocks had a decent concept and the toys were well made, but the lineup was just filled with strange choices from the start…

137: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:26

>>128The chimera on the empire’s side is strangely a rose, but it has good cohesion when combined.
The Blocks of the Republic are not bad as individual units, but when they combine, they are mediocre.
And the Empire’s Lord Gale is incredibly cool.

131: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:25

How should I put it… isn’t it too much like addition?

134: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:26Yeahx2

>>131But somehow this 1+1 doesn’t equal 2…

146: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:31

>>134It’s just 1+1 and doesn’t look like 2… It hasn’t even turned into addition, huh?

132: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:25

The anime Matrix Dragon is strong, but it really disappointingly ends up being a disposable character with an unremarkable performance.

133: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:26

Even I, who didn’t understand the concept of using overseas products like Beast Wars back then, thought this was something special… Gravity Zoid.

138: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:27

>>133But the runstag that came to fruition beyond that was a good thing, right?

135: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:26Yeahx2

Zero Falcon is cool.

140: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:28

>>135Since CAS is designed for localized warfare, it feels like there’s a sense of power-up now that higher-tier compatible equipment has finally appeared.

136: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:26

Was there a time when Genobreaker was unjustly blamed?

144: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:29

>>136I feel like I’ve heard the voice saying “I hate it” now and then, but I could only think it sounded cool.

139: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:27Yeahx2

I always had the impression that Genobreaker was just a really cool Zoids because the anime was too cool.

154: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:33

>>139It’s nice to see the former pilot’s Genosaurers in action, fighting fiercely…

141: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:28

I clearly remember being taken aback by how overly chimeric the Chimera Dragon, which pairs with the Matrix Dragon, was.
I like the Descartes Dragon.

142: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:29

Despite being introduced with great fanfare, the Battost Genobreaker was outshined by the suddenly emerging Death Stinger, which is quite unfortunate for it.
The development after that is just too good.

143: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:29

Even Raven couldn’t handle it.

145: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:30

The Matrix Dragon still has the same head as Unenlagia.

147: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:32

The manga version of Road Gale felt like it was completed when the new head fused with the Demon’s Head, with the lower jaw inverted after the Chimera Dragon.

148: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:32

I think the Lord Gale isn’t part of the Zoids design line! But I can’t deny its coolness…

149: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:32

Jeno Bure has been enjoying delicious experiences for 25 years except for the time he was made into a mob character in the Kamiyama manga, so he’s in a class of his own.

150: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:33

I didn’t like Road Gale, but it seems like it was quite popular.

155: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:34

>>150It has become popular enough to be released in a limited color variation.

176: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:39

>>155Sentgale is unfair… that’s just too cool…
Not a Zoids.

158: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:34

>>150In Anima Gear, although boys enter as animals, they ultimately seek to become knights.

178: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:39

>>158Was the direction of Z Knight correct?

191: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:45

>>178I think Zoids plus knights or samurai is fine with something like Murakame or Genesis Zoids.

151: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:33

I wonder what you would have to eat to come up with the idea of a gorilla’s hand growing out of a lion’s back.

152: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:33

The Genobreaker is cool, but I feel like the arms are just too far removed from the silhouette of a living creature, making it too much like a robot.
It seems that Unison doesn’t really mind that aspect, and while I think the premise of the two bodies merging is important, there are moments when I wonder how this actually works, especially with some B-CAS.

153: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:33

The Unison is not 1 + 1 = 2 in terms of strength, but rather 2 + α; however, when it comes to coolness, not only is it 2, but the coolness of the main Zoids is also diminishing…

156: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:34

The Genobreaker is too red, so I want to make it a bit more subdued in color.

163: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:36

>>156Tempura of the Demon Armor Dragon

157: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:34

I heard it combines in a subtly complex way, even though it only looks like it has been ridden.

159: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:35

The genobreaker breaks under its own weight, so it has no strong image at all…

160: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:35

At least become armor.

161: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:35

I am trembling at the fact that the red-armored Genozaur, which had such a brief appearance, will be included in Takara Tomy’s lineup this time…

165: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:37

>>161That individual is also a machine that left an impression of the Raven’s revival, so even if it has little time on screen, it is popular.

162: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:36

The appearance balance of the aircraft is not very good, but the ball joints for the limb connections on the Road Gale are really useful.

164: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:36Yeahx1

I like a good fusion of biology and weapons, but I still find it unpleasant to remember that when the two combine, they are essentially toys.

169: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38

>>164I understand that when viewed from the perspective of a robot with a XX motif, it can suddenly make you think, “What is this thing?” when it gets mixed in.

182: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:40

>>164It seems that I don’t really like the heavily ornamented clear parts and plated parts on the phantom beasts that have lost their weapon-like feel towards the end of the old Zoids.

184: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:42

>>182Even someone who would say such a thing treats Gilbeider and Salamander F2 as exceptions, you know.

166: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:37Yeahx1

Originally a 강화 part for Gojulas Giga, the forgotten Buster Eagle now has a lamentable present…

173: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38

>>166The buster cannon is too convenient.

180: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:40

>>173It requires some ingenuity, but it suits both the regular Gorjulas and the Shield Liger.

167: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:37

I quite like Command Striker in Unison.

168: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:37

Why didn’t they really do a BF CAS variation?

175: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:39

>>168Please buy it because I’m going to release it on Adams.

177: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:39Yeahx2

>>168The parts business model is fundamentally risky in all areas.
It’s not something to do at the timing of the anime’s end.

200: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:51Yeahx2

>>177I’ve never seen Schturm being sold in real time.

203: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:52

>>200In the first place, the number of enhancement parts was greatly restricted.
I couldn’t get the Red Horn’s beam gatling either.

170: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38

I should have made CAS blocks for the Fuehrer…

172: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38

>>170That’s Gairyuuki.

171: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38Yeahx2

The absurdity of being hindered by the Buster Eagle, making the Buster Claw difficult to maneuver, is terrible.

174: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:38

B-CAS could have increased even more, right?

179: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:39

The depiction of Genobreaker seems too intense when I see it now.

185: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:42

>>179I was wondering how Blade Liger, which barely won against Genosaurer, would win.

189: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:45

>>185A: I won’t win.

194: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:47

>>189By the way, did it end without winning?
I should have taken measures, but…

195: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:48

>>194Actually, the battle story hasn’t been concluded either…

193: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:46

>>185The awakening of the van and the boost from the attack booster.
The simultaneous attack of armor-piercing shells made good progress with some clever tactics, but it didn’t lead to a resolution.

181: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:40

Zero looks cool when he changes because he has nothing, but Fuehrer is strong from the very beginning.
Sturm isn’t much different from Genoble either.

183: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:42

While there are customizable parts like the Buster Cannon unit and the Pile Bunker unit, it seems difficult to sell parts that are specifically designed for certain Zoids.
By the way, there were customized parts specifically for the hammerhead; I wonder if they sold out?

186: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:42Yeahx1

I think Kyoryuuki Shin will come out before Buster, but I would be happy if Jet Falcon and Energy Liger are released in about five years.
It’s fine after Command Striker and Infinity Leo.

187: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:44

Sturm didn’t feel like CAS up to this point even as a draft.
It was definitely split into three parts: the booster, the exbreaker, and the head charging blade.
It was the kind of vibe where parts were armed based on the Fühler.
Some SS Zoids have weaponization gimmicks and blocks that follow this trend.

188: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:44Yeahx1

Energy itself is incredibly cool and has amazing specs, but I really hate how the doctor keeps hanging around.

192: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:46Yeahx1

>>188But I like Dr. Piers’ goal because it’s a simple motivation of “My Zoids are the strongest!”

199: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:50Yeahx2

>>192Isn’t it my dad?! That’s quite a disappointing point, but I think Aono-san’s passionate performance and the love for their Zoids shown by the fusors came together to create a great scene.
That aside, the Energy Ray Liger is a bit uncool…

204: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:53

>>199I think I was crazy, but my feelings towards energy were genuine.
The external control system also influenced it, which is why it turned out that way…

228: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:59Yeahx2

>>199I could quite understand that the monstrous appearance was the result of forcibly controlling actions that resembled treachery.
Ah, it was a bit sad to find out that you’re a mid-boss…

190: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:45Yeahx2

Personally, I prefer Zoids with many detailed parts like cylinders, even if they are more decorative than large chunks of parts.

196: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:48

Speaking of which, the conclusion between Blade and Genoble hasn’t been settled in the anime or in Battle Story either.

197: Japan Otaku Reviews25/06/03(Tue)20:50

Since it started to be pushed and ultimately ended up being acknowledged, I think it’s okay to consider it a win for the ban.
