Next-level male armor
Ueno Clinic
I like it more than the previous armor because it’s simpler.
I like the collar area, it looks like a coat.
I like turtlenecks, though.
I like the design of the head, hands, and feet.
I don’t like the thinner buster.
There’s nothing going on with the chest, right?
No matter what X is wearing, Zero is just going to swing around with a naginata…
If you combine head H and arm I, it’s one of the strongest classes of DPS in history.
I liked it, but I don’t think it was a design that would have been well-received at that time.
It looks more like something like space armor rather than a pure power-up.
It’s not bad, but it makes me think that the armor that resonates with kids playing X is something like Force Armor.
The x8 has the image of being the most difficult to use with zero.
I like it relatively, but I think the deformed design is more attractive than the high proportion.
Well, they probably wanted to give off a cool impression, so that might be a different story.
I think the design has become relatively less out of place compared to other characters in this era.
I was disappointed that all the armor looks the same.
It feels like it’s for 3D.
There is a feeling that the elegance is increasing.
Trash design
If you watch the opening movie without any prior knowledge,
It seems like a mysterious new character flashed by for a moment instead of X’s armor.
I wonder if they imagined a Frieza style that repeatedly powers up and ultimately becomes simpler.
I like the simplicity of this armor.
Buster, be big.
I wonder if Buster is something like that, with the design getting closer to DASH’s Shining Laser as time progresses, since there was a thin laser form.
Even though it’s said that air dashing became the default without armor,
Until now, when it comes to feet, it felt like there were many possible actions.
I wondered if it just meant that my jumping ability increased or that dashing became a way to evade…
I think it would be perfect if it had a design similar to the muffler from Command Mission.
The Ultimate that isn’t very strong among the series.
I think it’s pretty cool except for around the groin area.
But it’s a bit like Exe.
If you say it’s a soul unison with a navigator inspired by astronauts, I would believe it.
I felt that if I focused too much on being something different from what I’ve done until now, I couldn’t see it as cool.
Nova Strike has become a technique for defeating bosses, similar to the early Hadouken, rather than a move that is continuously used on stage.
It seems that the boss of X8 can only be defeated after using its special move once, so it’s not satisfying to defeat it in one hit.
The design can change with the times, but I wonder if this is really in line with the times.
When compared to the glide that leaves too little of an impression, which one is better…
I like Icarus and Hermes, but I don’t like that they have this appearance all the way to Ultimate.
I think it might be acceptable now, considering even Gundam has become more rounded, but I believe it was too early during the PS2 era.
It looks like something from the Gaia or Shadow series.
It doesn’t really look like a power-up form.
It seems like a mode change.
I like the concept of being able to choose performance for each part.
Increase the variety and make the performance a bit more extreme.
I like that it clearly changes the silhouette compared to before.
It looks more like a new Mega Man, like an EXE, rather than armor because it’s too simplistic.
It would be nice if there were more cool mech men with armor designs like this.
The Hermes in the thread image is still blue, but the others aren’t even blue at all.
The body armor that doesn’t reduce the red gauge of HP is completely ruining the balance.
Honestly, the legs and head had some relatively simple designs from previous generations as well.
I feel like the roundness of the shoulders is contributing to a somewhat poor impression.
I think it’s fine if it’s just one of several options…
