I wonder why I was seriously participating in the role play of pretending to be the God of Eneru.
Loyalty ultimately wasn’t that strong.
There are sky islands other than Skypiea.
Wasn’t it that religion over there?
Oda-kun isn’t thinking about things like that.
I always forget the name of the goggle priest.
I only remember the scene where Chopper immediately plays the flute.
I think it was simply being captivated by overwhelming strength.
It’s not surprising to feel that thing is a god when viewed solely in terms of strength.
If these guys weren’t here, it would have been a bit easier to read.
>>6
The sense of being faint, including the impression, strongly resembles the enemy executives from the old One Piece movies.
As for Satorigedatsushura, when it comes to religious-related words, the only thing that comes to mind is Aum, but is there another source material?
>>8
The term “Om” is completely a word from Indian religions.
I really like these guys; they have strong personalities.
Why is Gedatsu alive despite falling from the sky island to the ground…?
What is happening with Gedatsu now?
>>12
I’m the leader at the hot springs.
(You haven’t read Saint Seiya, have you…)
The cover story serialization is basically all important stories that are also related to the main plot, but I wonder if Gedatsu will reappear…
>>15
Speaking of which, I thought it was connected somewhere with the hot spring digging, and it seems like it could be Alabasta.
Hmm… it seems I’ve ended up overlapping with the observation ceremony, the observation ceremony, the observation ceremony, and the observation ceremony…
I couldn’t shake off the feeling of “Who are these guys?” until the very end.
Well, to put it simply, we could cut all of them out and the story would still work directly with the energy battle…
In the anime, Satori’s level of discomfort is off the charts.
Even though there are already enough characters and dimensions, the reason for increasing them started around here.
>>20
Well, about half of the image in the thread was necessary, so it doesn’t feel that strange, does it?
These guys in the manga can endure it, but…
I couldn’t keep watching the anime’s trial part even with the binge release.
Even though they call it a four-choice trial, even if you get through one, the others will just attack you normally, so that four-choice thing is seriously completely pointless, right?
“Here it comes, Shandia” was cool…
It was a good maneuver for Shura to defeat Gan Fall.
I guess I just wanted to know how many people would survive.
These guys being washed away by the clouds means they’re probably turned to bones by now, just like that galleon ship at the beginning?
I’m a fool, but I love Gedatsu.
These guys are really tedious to read.
The enemy executive position is necessary, after all…
Even if four people team up, it’s not good if Ener is so overwhelmingly strong that they could be taken out in an instant.
>>30
But isn’t there usually a significant strength difference between chapter bosses and their subordinates, to the point where they could easily win even when facing all of them?
I was seriously criticized here during the ordeal, so the weekly schedule is too tough…
The Skypiea arc is super interesting when watched all at once, but that’s largely because the catharsis at the end is amazing; until Eneru fully enters the battlefield, it’s pretty underwhelming.
The plot’s quality is high, but too many detours are a constant in One Piece.
Thanks to an important gadget called Dial, I can’t overlook it.
Until the very end, I was quite anxious as Luffy remained sealed in the snake space.
>>36
The boss is lightning type, so I guess they don’t want to meet Luffy, who is rubber… I thought he would be a much easier opponent to fight than the sand crocodile.
I didn’t think that face would appear.
(That’s exactly it! The belly button!!)
In other words, if we just focused on the important parts, Luffy would defeat Eneru and the Sky Island arc would end in an instant, so since it’s a weekly manga, it makes sense to add volume and create moments for the crew members.
Well, it does feel like it’s being stretched out…
Furthermore, there will also be a past arc included.
Well, it’s definitely necessary, but when you read it weekly…
I thought it was an incredibly interesting manga up until that point when I read it in one go, but I started to feel it dragging around the time of Satori.
(The sudden flashback of the old men from 400 years ago) was so incredibly sad when I read it as an adult…
>>41
The resolution of territorial disputes between Aomi and Sora, the conflict between faith and science, and the regret of the old man Kuri – all of these centuries-old disputes being concluded by Luffy ringing a bell is really great…
No matter how many times I read it, it makes me feel like I should take a break here… it’s amazing.
It finally starts to get interesting around the point when Sanji and Usopp are charred black.
I hope that if there is a remake, it disappears without a trace.
It’s intense to defeat Shura with a wiper, fully prepared for a mutual destruction reject…
The feeling of despair when you’re revived by the second energy shot is incredible…
Using the third shot not for combat but to support Luffy is so touching…
I think there are the most departures in One Piece during the Sky Island arc.
>>47
The interesting parts are definitely interesting, but it’s at a level where I can’t just ignore it…
The elements that began to stand out were right around the Sky Island.
“The battle between the ‘One Piece is until Alabasta’ faction and the ‘One Piece is at Sky Island the best’ faction has continued for 400 long years…”
Didn’t the Beebe team come to the Gedatsu hot springs normally? Is it a different hot spring?
The priests are actually strong and face tough battles, but there’s not much of a sense of tension like “We might really lose…!”
I was rereading it and was surprised that I had no memory of their parts at all.
I remembered almost all the scenes related to energy.
Extinct species are cool, but it’s strange that they went extinct after being defeated by some existing shells.
Settings to ensure rarity…?
>>56
It may be the result of humans hunting an organism to extinction because it was useful.
>>65
(The meat inside the shell was really delicious…)
Even the Sky Islands have an absence of waste that is too extreme.
Do people still use dials?
I hadn’t read it since a long time ago, so I didn’t expect “I wanted a cigarette…” to come at such a late point in the story!
I thought it was when we first encountered the Milky Road.
It seems like Nami’s Clima-Tact and Franky’s big Kabuto were derived from Dial, but maybe they weren’t.
I wonder why only the knowledge of the sky people developed.
>>61
Isn’t it that the ease of development differs due to environmental differences?
It feels like adapting to space and becoming a New Type.
>>61
The enemy executive position is necessary…
The Perfect Clima Tact used to use a dial, but now it uses Weatheria’s technology, so I wonder how the dial is doing now.
It feels like the order is reversed, or rather, since it’s a god, it’s okay for them to have such abilities, which probably led to the later observation of color.
I feel like I brought the scooter back, but maybe I burned it together with Merry.
>>67
Frankie turned into Shiromokuba No. 1.
The people of the sky are probably a special race as well.
I understand that they are even more necessary than these guys, but descendants of Kalugara and Gan Fall aren’t really that appealing either…
>>71
Gun Fall is cool, right!? Not that strong, though!
I think it’s important that “What are these guys…” changes to “Woooaah!! Light the fire of Shandiaaaa!!”
When I was a kid, it felt like a long, gloomy story… but after becoming an adult and reading it, I was deeply moved and ended up reading the last part while crying uncontrollably.
It might be an episode whose charm is hard to understand unless you get a bit older.
It’s a really good story, and these guys aren’t really needed… this will continue to coexist from here on out.
>>74
Well, to put it simply, we could totally cut these guys out and the story would still work directly in the Energy Battle…
I love the Axes Dial; it’s cool.
After enduring a subtle lethargy, the ultimate catharsis is followed by the David Back Fight that is prepared.
I liked that it was easy to read since the recent ones were dark stories, like Davey Back Fight.
String, swamp, and iron are needed.
What you don’t need is a ball.
The sudden shift to survival in this chapter from the trial arc feels like a sign that this chapter is being cut short.
The wiper is just a guest character in the chapter, but using the dial makes it fall apart; that’s just too awful.
It didn’t seem like such a casual story when it came to things like losing companions around the Davey Back Fight or a crew that easily loses to Aokiji…
At least Gedatsu is necessary to depict Chopper’s growth.
I really love the sound of the name “Sky Rider Shura.”
I felt that the enemies started becoming more and more poorly designed from around the Sky Island, making it harder to read…
What is the hot spring opening Gedatsu that became a cover illustration series and is also related to Alabasta…?
Gedatsu seems to have some favorites, even though it’s boring…
I think Ohm and Shura were creating a great battle.
