I love the episode about the formation of the Empire’s twin pillars from the perspective of those performing in “Legend of the Galactic Heroes.”

Katsuji Mori @katsuji_mori Mitta Meyer and myself. Looking at Mitta Meyer’s features, I felt that this character was different from those I’ve played until now. It’s a tough character, second only to “The Fighting General! Ramen Man,” which I previously portrayed. I pondered how to shape Mitta Meyer as a person. Amidst trial and error, and based on the limited materials available, I developed my character over time. Royenthal’s Wakamoto takes a calm approach to character building. In fact, the answer was there. By creating a contrasting way of life and mindset while keeping an eye on his role… thus, the Mitta Meyer, renowned for his duality, was born. Without his presence, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve Mitta Meyer alone. (Honorifics omitted)

When it is said to be second to noodles, is it really that great?

2: Japan Otaku Reviews

Certainly, the ramen man of the fighting general seems to be a character that is difficult to portray.

3: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

The position of having a boss who is also quite a troublesome friend.

4: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>3

Both have abilities, you know…

It’s missing various things, but…

5: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx17

When you think of a cool Wakimoto, it’s Roy Entahl.

I was really hooked on it.

6: Japan Otaku Reviews

Fighting General! Mittermeyer

7: Japan Otaku Reviews

This person has been around from the beginning to the end, hasn’t they?

11: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx10

>>7

If anything, I wrapped up the ending of the story as well.

8: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx11

Reading the original material will only make things more confusing.

9: Japan Otaku Reviews

It’s a hint for acting because, while being best friends, their personalities are almost completely opposite.

10: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx17

It’s a good story, but the Ramen Man is too noisy…

12: Japan Otaku Reviews

The difficulty of Ramen Man is the highest level because it belongs to a different genre.

13: Japan Otaku Reviews

People who are drawing the short straw more than they thought.

14: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx5

Swift Wind! Mitta Man

15: Japan Otaku Reviews

I think Ms. Mori’s voice quality really suited her character well.

16: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

I thought they were a bright and cheerful person, but they also gossip about things like not liking glass eyes.

17: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

It’s clear that the Galaxy Voice Actor Legend is no joke.

18: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

Ramen Man is difficult from the original work…

19: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mitta is a man who is both pure in his way of living and stubborn and inflexible.

I’m the kind of person who clearly says when I don’t like something.

21: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

>>19

When I’m near people like Royentahl and Kaiser, I tend to forget, but Mittamaier is definitely not an ordinary person by modern standards either.

24: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

>>21

The man who would have died if Reuenthal didn’t bow his head to the Kaiser.

20: Japan Otaku Reviews

I can understand that Wakamoto-san is likely to approach character building calmly.

22: Japan Otaku Reviews

Unlike typical anime, the number of episodes and the time taken to reach a conclusion is quite different…

27: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>22

It seems that in overseas dramas, the communication between actors can change significantly from one season to the next.

Considering the number of episodes, there must have been various changes and growth while performing this as well.

23: Japan Otaku Reviews

BGM “We Were Together So Much”

25: Japan Otaku Reviews

Ober said jokingly that he was a lonely man with only dogs as friends.

26: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>25

Ober needs a pushy loli girl, huh?

28: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mittermeyer is treated as if he stands alongside Roienthal as an equal.

In war, it doesn’t matter, but in terms of verbal battles or wit, I can’t compete with Royentahl at all.

It’s common for me to take on someone like Ober to argue, but usually, it’s just emotional criticism; having a serious debate is usually Royenthal’s role.

29: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

>>28

But even with just this example, it feels like these two are polar opposites yet form a perfect pair…

30: Japan Otaku Reviews

It’s not that Royenthal is bad at fighting; he’s a superhuman who can do even that…

31: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

Still, the only person who could make Royentahl relax and drink was probably Mittaermayer.

39: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>31

Huff… What have I done…

32: Japan Otaku Reviews

I was puzzled by the sudden commander…

33: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx3

But you know, the Kaiser panicking at the false report of Mittelmayer’s death before Ruenthal is really great…

34: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx4

The contrast between Roienthal, who calmly develops his character, and Mittbermaier, who struggles while building it up, already makes it complete.

35: Japan Otaku Reviews

Well, when you mention it, Mitta Meyer is indeed a hard character to grasp.

36: Japan Otaku Reviews

Calmly preparing for the role and delivering that performance with that deep voice, huh…

37: Japan Otaku Reviews

The noodles will definitely get confused because they tried to seriously build their character…

38: Japan Otaku Reviews

Wakamoto’s evaluation of Reuenthal is also really great…

40: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

But if it wasn’t for Mitta Meyer, usually after getting married, you’d be completely cut off from all sorts of things, Zoroenthal!

41: Japan Otaku Reviews

It’s basically super stable, but when it comes to the matter of Reuenthal, they get flustered, and I really liked the scene where they tried to directly kill someone in the hallway after a long time—it’s so out of the ordinary.

43: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>41

Originally, it was my encounter with Kaiser that almost got me killed…

44: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>41

But the guy who stepped in there is telling you that you don’t need to go that far with him!

42: Japan Otaku Reviews

In reality, things start to get noticeable around the middle, but from there, there are many stories like waiting for my wife in general’s clothing, almost killing the “Waro-ta,” and “I’m quitting too, so please forgive me, Roien-tahl!” — there are a lot of overly innocent stories…

Reading the side story and learning about the beginnings with Kaiser Redhead makes it even more…

45: Japan Otaku Reviews

Kaiser brought roses after listening to Mittmaier’s story, but for some reason everyone laughs.

46: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx2

>>45

The animation and performance over there are already trying to make us laugh.

47: Japan Otaku ReviewsYeahx1

If you are the type to seriously read the original texts and study their meanings, it must be tough when you come across something like noodles.

48: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>47

But the noodles are cool…

49: Japan Otaku Reviews

The direction of difficulty is too different…

50: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mittermeyer is the Ramen Man…

51: Japan Otaku Reviews

Mitta has a dog-like face and a sincere personality.

It’s hard to imagine a wolf that only fights.

52: Japan Otaku Reviews

Ah… ahh~!!! Did I just grab the performance of the noodles?

53: Japan Otaku Reviews

Why is the fleet of the Gale Wolf faster than the others?

55: Japan Otaku Reviews

>>53

Those who can’t keep up without thinking about formations will be left behind! I’m just going to move quickly.

54: Japan Otaku Reviews

I feel that if it weren’t for being Royenthal’s close friend, I wouldn’t have been regarded as a rival.

56: Japan Otaku Reviews

I’m just doing the job of the military group leader without any excess or deficiency.

He is excellent, but still, Shippu Wolf.

57: Japan Otaku Reviews

I like being indiscriminate when it comes to my best friend.
