It looks like the Pride Troopers’ uniforms.
I wonder if it has anything to do with it.
>>1
Maybe the original concept for the Pride Troopers comes from the demon world.
Who will this become at that point?
The color scheme is really the same, huh?
To be honest, if it ends like this, it will become the least impressive work in history.
>>4
It is said to be a posthumous work.
Enough already.
There are about three episodes left, so the true final boss should appear, right?
Did no one point out, “Your designs are overlapping”?
This can’t be the final boss, right?
Even if it’s the final boss, it can still change its form.
A creepy little character with a normal face but a muscular body as the final boss would not be exciting.
If we’re talking about the weakest impressions throughout history, we might be able to reference something like the Saiyan extermination plan or things around that.
Will it be the highlight of the Spazero DLC?
Even at their peak, they were the kind of person who wanted to make an old man and a fat robot the final boss without any editorial feedback, right after the emperor of the universe?
Looking at it like this, the raw Jiren is creepy.
>>13
Shut up! What do you know about Jiren!
It’s not just similar; it’s exactly the same.
>>14
The waistline is slightly different.
This should be an exciting episode, but I wonder why it’s lacking in intensity.
Am I just looking at it that way?
If the timing was different, there was a possibility that they would have been with the Fighters.
I wanted Goma to face off against Kuu and Dou…
I wonder if this Akira Toriyama person has ever read Dragon Ball.
It’s amazing that, in the collaborative development of episode 17, there are no feelings whatsoever for either the enemies or allies.
Uhyohyo w
Crash Bandicoot
Jiren was just a really strong guy until he reached full power, and it was damn boring…
I love full power, I really love it.
The child born between Jiren and Belmod.
>>25
It fits too perfectly.
At first, I was really looking forward to the DAIMA route, but now I even think that without the existence of the Omniversal King, Super is better.
Superhero and Sand Land may have struggled with their numbers, but they were incredibly good.
I wonder how this happened.
The fact that the white boots and gloves are the same is just too much of a habit.
Go to hell and ask a bit.
I don’t particularly dislike Zen-oh, so there’s no reason for me to like this version at all…
It’s not that there is a really unpleasant development, but it’s simply kind of boring…
Even in “Fukkatsu no F,” there isn’t even a part that leads to the question “I wonder how this will turn out?!”
All the developments are just ones that make you think, “Well, I guess that would happen.”
There’s really nothing amazing except for the animation.
It’s about five times bigger than Jiren.
I can’t stand the way a three-dimensional line appears next to my nose when I’m excited, even though my profile shows that my nose is completely flat.
What’s wrong with your nose?
No… it’s not just similar, it’s the same, so there must be a reason, right?
>>35
While the black part of Jiren and the others spreads to the shoulders, Gomar has it only around the neck.
The line of the body is not the same with a V shape and jagged edges.
I didn’t think it would fall below the GT with the nostalgia effect worn off.
The inspiration for the Pride Troopers came from seeing this Gomar’s appearance.
It was a wise decision to return to the adult form in GT’s Super 4.
Is it that making Jiren, whose parents and master were killed by demons, wear a demon world outfit was a destruction of his dignity?
It’s amazing that there are people who have been expecting it from the very beginning.
There was someone who distorted Toriyama’s statement, claiming that he actually loves Vegeta but was just hiding his embarrassment, and it was a little scary.
Well, unless there’s a new interview denying the short manga from the past.
Jiren might be creepy, but since he became muscular with an upper body bare, he’s getting good reviews.
I think we can manage with Goma as well.
Jiren’s appearance is still somewhat subtle, isn’t it…
Actually, it’s a bit creepy…
Little Goku stands out visually because of his short arms and legs, along with the Power Pole and Flying Nimbus.
If you’re going to transform and fight like after Z, then I already knew from past works that it would be better to grow up.
Even if the animation is amazing, I’m not excited about the battle.
I realized that the need for the flow of “this guy is definitely stronger than that person who was in the spotlight before” is important.
>>45
If the enemy isn’t interesting, no matter how intense the battle is, it won’t be fun.
There are a lot of boss characters without a defined nose lately, but isn’t it better to have a template face with a proper nose?
But there might be SH’s style, but Gamma suited it well…
In the thumbnail, she looked like a buff Kuromi.
During the time of God and God, I said that I liked Vegeta.
It’s clear that I didn’t particularly like the past.
Just like Majin Buu said when he became Evil Buu, if only my face were thin enough, I might still look somewhat cool.
For now, my favorite character other than Panji is Tamagami No.1.
I don’t know what kind of guy he is.
After all, this guy is a devil.
It’s irrelevant.
Kamasu-ka is often criticized as a development, but
I think it’s a really important development when a strong opponent from the previous series loses to a new enemy, especially when I look at recent battle manga.
>>54
The protagonist got hit by Megas and a ray gun, depicting the danger of the demon world, right?
>>54
In that regard, BLEACH is amazing.
I’m looking forward to the KAKAROT DLC that adds the Dynamax story!
>>55
The staff seems to be at their wits’ end.
DAIMA is always in a state where Goku and Vegeta are debuffed.
Even if you create a sense of strong opponents with that power balance… there’s also that feeling.
>>59
I don’t really understand why I’m doing some kind of restriction play while being debuffed.
I realized early on that we would be struggling in Super 1, so it felt like it would be better for the two of us to quickly decide on Super 3, even if it was exhausting. Besides, we were even hesitant to bring out Super 1 in the first place.
GT has good ideas for its setting, and both the opening and ending songs and visuals are masterpieces.
Even if you become stronger, it’s fine to stay superficial, but that’s not something you should do as a boss character.
There is still a possibility that it is not the final boss in terms of the number of episodes.
>>63
It’s Goriro, after all.
>>63
I’m betting on the possibility that Glorio or Neva will take the Third Eye and become a more decent-looking boss.
Maybe they should have just remade GT…?
>>64
If you’re going to remake it, the original is fine!
>>71
That’s already been done to death!
>>72
I want to see a remake of the original in the early stages of SH and the animation of DAIMA!
Jiren may not look strong at all, but his incredible strength has become one of his charms…
In the future, will this ugly thing line up for prizes and lottery draws?
In the end, it’s not good that the story progresses with a balance where Goku shrinking can be instantly defeated if he returns to being an adult.
Leaving aside the opinions on the design, Jiren was portrayed with the dignity of a final boss.
It doesn’t seem like the old man is a bad guy, and it looks like Goriro is going to end up not betraying after all.
It doesn’t seem like the demon will merge and become an enemy character anymore, and Deges has already exited the scene.
I’m in trouble; the true final boss who can really ramp things up can’t make an appearance.
>>78
The third eye will probably take over Goma.
When doing the space survival arc, there were a few characters designed by Toriyama-sensei who were wearing the same clothes as Jiren.
The people on the anime side saw that and came up with the setting of “Pride Troopers.”
It might be that Toriyama-sensei had a separate setting in mind.
There was an interview on the official Dragon Ball site in 2018, but the article has disappeared…
Well, you know…
Use the Dragon Balls from Namek.
Did you just change the head?
If Glorio isn’t the final boss, then what on earth is this character here for?
Even if the truth about Glorio being a spy is revealed in this flow…
I think Deges should consider the timing of his betrayals more!
You could have received the third eye from the woman with the poop hat and used it yourself, right?
Maybe DAIMA was planning to continue more with the first installment of the new series.
It’s not over yet, but I feel that way.
It feels too natural.
If we are going to make Glorio the boss, I think we need about 10 minutes of flashbacks to understand his background.
I can’t believe that in this slow-paced work, there’s still room to explain the circumstances of a single character.
There’s no way we can just have nothing from Budugorileo like this…
>>88
Wasn’t there anything with Degas?
What was the final boss in GT like?
Even though Goku and Vegeta have significantly weakened, Tamagami is still stronger than Dabura.
Dabra and even Cell are becoming quite pathetic.
>>90
Hey Vegeta! Do something about this anime!
I want to see Goku, the villain who defeated Jiren’s master, fight.
Speaking of which, Toriyama-sensei has always needed editors to keep him in check, right?
>>94
Since long ago, one’s preferred style has been small-scale adventures, and Dragon Ball, which was pushed by the editor to be written, is an irregularity.
I think that if you make Dragon Ball DAIMA about half the length, it would definitely be more interesting…
>>95
Isn’t it true that there are still more boring scenes even if you cut it in half?
>>95
I feel like no matter how much we shorten it, it won’t make a difference because it’s fundamentally too thin…
The story of DAIMA that really has no ups and downs.
>>95
I still feel like it’s a bit too much even if it’s half…
About 6 to 7 episodes, roughly the length of one movie, might be just right.
Glorio is a spy for Alynce, so why is he siding with Goku?
When Goku flew over to Gomaran, he had the ball, so he should have just passed it to Arinsu.
Is the clown speaking Jiren also designed by Toriyama?
The God of Destruction is split evenly between Toyotarou and Akira Toriyama, but which one was the clown?
>>99
Both
Dabla is originally from the source material.
Since I was having a decent fight against Gohan, who had been slacking off on his training despite having transformed into M.
Both Hoshi Ryu and Baby are satisfying in terms of design.
That was announced as a collaborative design between Toriyama and Yotarou.

It’s not like a bird would draw hair, so maybe the fluffy part is Toyotarou?
If this is the case with Goma, I wonder how strong the Third Eye Aira was.
That commentary clown was a god, wasn’t he?
Broly’s all-direction energy blast is Blaster Meteor.
Suddenly appearing is a completely unknown item, a Third Eye that enables a super power-up.
With such a terrible setting where any character can suddenly be made the strongest at any time, how can we possibly get excited?
What that eyeball is has only been described as a “legendary item.”
>>110
Didn’t you watch it last week?
>>114
I saw that the Demon King had it, but I lost it. I just collected it from the fat guy’s belt.
No one has said anything about who made those eyes or what they are.
Isn’t it just a legendary item that the previous generation demon king had?
If only Goma could acquire the evil Third Eye at the time of episode 1.
>>110
Last week, the narration explained it in detail, didn’t it?
Eshinron doesn’t have a cool vibe, but it does have a design that looks like a proper boss.
It’s really bad that all the other evil dragons are also ugly.
The demon world and its inhabitants are not dangerous at all.
Even if I think this isn’t Dragon Ball, if I’m told it’s the boring Akira Toriyama of the time, it does have quite a bit of persuasive power.
Even if you shorten it by half, the only improvement will be the tempo; the story won’t change.
It’s not a crappy anime, it’s just boring.
I feel that Toriyama’s character designs are quite narrow in range, especially for characters other than ordinary people, these days.
Void Anime
From the middle of Super, Toriyama-sensei wrote the plot and the anime staff would brush it up, so some settings conceived by the anime staff were also reflected in the manga.
DAIMA probably has no choice but to output at the plot stage and hasn’t been able to refine it…
When I see the DAIMA merchandise being discounted in the store, my stomach hurts thinking, “Oh no, I messed up.”
It’s also the fault of those who didn’t stop it from being released with the final boss’ body being exactly the same as in the previous game.
I can’t help but think that Akira Toriyama, by himself, is not really a great storyteller after seeing this work.
Because the existence of DAIMA will be rendered nonexistent, Goma will not be spoken of.
Let me explain this here!
It’s not like that.
It feels like a TV special vibe.
Is the design of the evil dragon a bird?
“Fukkatsu no F wa are datta kedo” translates to “Revival of F was something like that, but.”
In the subsequent two movies, while using Toriyama’s colors, they managed to make them interesting, so I have no doubts about Toriyama-sensei’s abilities.
I think this case is one where they passed away before really putting in the effort…
>>134
It’s complete, so it will be done before you pass away.
It’s fine, even with the strongest enhancement items.
If there were ups and downs in the story where it is treated seriously and eventually taken away, allowing for a power-up,
I found it and put it on, but it’s not good.
If you put a third eye on your head, will everyone become strong?
It’s quite a careless item, to say the least.
Since the flow is just like the usual ending of a theatrical version…
I think the evil dragon has a Nakatsuru design.
The latter part of GT includes designs from the anime side, including Vegeta.
I’m scared that it might seem excessive to fight in Goku’s new form from here.
It doesn’t feel like a final showdown at all since Goku, the supposed main character, has no ties to the demon world, and the collaboration with the demon brothers isn’t exciting either. Can’t something be done about that?
It looks like a terrible version of the ultra SH that has been stretched thin.
I find it incredible that opinions calling it boring are exploding through the massive barrier of being a posthumous work.
>>141
In a way, it was just timing that led to the death, and even if I was involved, there was nothing to be hopeful about.
>>141
If the original author had been involved, it would have been even more amazing, but it turned out like this.
I can’t help but understand how fans can feel this way due to the author’s tastes.
Too matching.
I don’t know if I was involved until the latter half of its completion.
>>143
Since the voice actor is dead, the completion should be quite early, right?
Is it that anyone can become stronger with it, or is it that Gomara is originally strong to a certain level despite its appearance? Explanation!
Well, to put it simply, it’s boring…
For designs like this, it’s fine if they just buzz around a bit and show some guts to help out at the last minute…
I crossed over there in a super unimportant flow, Third Eye…
If we hadn’t brought that fat guy, we could have resolved it easily.
>>148
By the way, why is that fat guy still following us around?
The more you know about an uncontrolled Toriyama, the more you can only agree with the result.
It’s said to be an eyeball that’s been gouged out from a terrifying monster that existed a long time ago.
It is said to be something that remains even after the death of the Great Demon King who once resided in the Demon World.
If there were an explanation of where the eyeball comes from, it would be more convincing, though.
It’s just that it’s an item that Abra had.
By the way, it’s an amazing anime with a cat that moves really well.
It’s fun to watch.
>>152
Well, it’s not like… it’s not fun even if an ugly person moves.
>>152
I feel like I’m the only one leveling up in the same season, hmm…
There’s just too much unnecessary filler; it would have been fine to only have one wink at Tamagami.
>>152
Even if Goma’s ugly face and the slimy deformed character move, it still feels like…
It looks like a negative Spirit Bomb.
I wonder if I can touch the big monkey’s pointed ears…
The character itself is, well, good.
I liked the silly vibe from episode 1 of Gomar.
Make use of it.
It’s a strength that would die from a single punch from Beerus, right, Gomar?
>>159
Well, if it’s at the level of doing a shootout in 3, then I guess that’s right…
I really like Toyotarou’s design…
There are also stories that he was weak before Mr. Toriyama passed away, so I don’t know about that either…
It may be unrelated to the cause of death, but apparently they were weak in 2024.
The hibiscus, which had been present in the first half and taken up a decent amount of time, was a character with no value or interest other than passing the third eye to Goma, and it felt out of place the whole time.
At the time of the announcement, to be honest, my expectations were about the level of a reward project for Akira Toriyama.
>>167
I won’t say there weren’t any anxious voices, but isn’t that a bit of an exaggeration?
A lame design can be good, but it really shines when there’s a genuinely cool character.
After seeing the ultra battle, it’s hard to get into it somehow.
If there are many guest appearances in games in the future, I can’t help but worry about Shoutarou Morikubo’s throat.
Was “Destruction God” the name of a drink?
If I move like in the Jiren battle, will I become popular?
I seriously think they must have planned it at the concept stage to air it in the morning and intended to broadcast it for a relatively long time from there…
It’s not the tempo of a 1-cour anime.
DAIMA is a work in which Mr. Toriyama has created all the stories and has been involved to an unprecedented extent in character design, including many designs and settings for mecha.
>>176
Then bring out the mechs!
>>182
I think they are imagining the mega designs from Chrono Trigger or GT, but the current Toriyama mecha is DAIMA’s airplane.
I think the animation quality is among the best in the Dragon Ball series, but the story is trash.
I wish they would make a compilation of Chō with this animation.
What was the special forces team deployed for anyway?
>>179
“Just saying to release it in the Third Demon World or something, but the special forces themselves are fine.”
I can somewhat forgive it just for the interaction with the demon brothers.
Change your face instead of moving.
To everyone who bought the Dragon Ball GT DVD Box, thank you very much. The serialized Dragon Ball has safely concluded, and as someone who originally felt like a loser, I finally feel liberated from the hell of constraints, and I experienced quite a sense of relief. While the anime will continue a bit longer, all I can do is feature familiar characters as the main part, meaning I leave everything up to the anime staff. That anime is Dragon Ball GT. There is no particular meaning like a soccer ball or a cold medicine theme in GT; it’s just an image. Furthermore, this time, I aimed to make the parts that I leave in someone else’s hands even more amazing, so the top-tier Dragon Ball staff poured their wisdom and effort into GT. What I contributed to GT was the title and part of the mechanical design for some of the main members, as well as a few image cuts. I truly felt reassured by the capable staff who have continued to work on Dragon Ball. Anyway, I think the amateurs in the anime took on new challenges and created something even more unique, and though my touch is light, I take pride in having produced something quite interesting. I hope that someday those who haven’t seen the anime version of GT will at least take a look and experience it. What?! Who do I think I am!? For those who loved the anime version of GT, I believe they could enjoy a considerable amount of greatness. The original Dragon Ball is the main story, and I would be happy if you could enjoy Dragon Ball GT in my own way as well. Akira Toriyama
It’s a drawing of some of the main members and some mech images.
Well, even if it’s not Nakatsuru-san, the evil dragon is almost designed by the anime staff of that time.
There are frightening precedents of anime with terrible stories, but I think it’s probably on the lower side.
It looked like “Please let out the mechanical Akira Toriyama.”
The characters and the world itself are fine, so Dragon Ball fans…
If it’s re-edited for Dragon Ball fans, it might turn into something that resembles it.
I love the continuous transformations at the end of GT’s opening.
Gundam Breaker
>>191
You know, even if I quietly come to say what I want to hit together every time, no one gets on board.
First, I can’t get into the opening song’s vibe.
The lyrics might sound silly, but they can be said to be very Dragon Ball-like; however, what is up with that melody?
>>192
Woohoo!
Hello, this is Akira Toriyama, the original creator. I am currently working on a new Dragon Ball project. The title is “Dragon Ball DAIMA.” DAIMA is a coined term, which in kanji is “大魔,” and in English would evoke the sense of “Evil.” Due to a certain scheme, Goku and the others have all shrunk in size. To resolve this, they must once again venture out into the world! A grand adventure and intense action unfolds in a fantastical and irreverent world! I’m particularly looking forward to the nostalgic memories of the battles in my hometown. It might feel nostalgic to fight there after such a long time. This time, I’ve written a lot of the basic story, settings, and designs. Actually, I might be more passionate about it than before. Expect developments that delve into the depth of the Dragon Ball universe. Enjoy a somewhat different, cute, and fiercely intense battle!! Akira Toriyama
DAIMA is different from GT because many of them are designed by teachers.
It seems like the conversation is the same way.
There are three episodes left, so it seems like the final boss will be someone different.
It looks too uncool.
It would have been better if the story was about young Goku getting lost in the demon world instead of adult Goku being turned back into a child and going to the demon world.
Isn’t the story too rough, Daima?
Even if the true final boss shows up, I can’t help but think they’ll be defeated in just 1 or 2 episodes…
